Alpha Ricardo's POV
A knock on my door woke me up from my sleep. With a grumble, I sat on the bed and rubbed my eyes with both hands. Throughout the night, I couldn't sleep after what happened between Mia and me, and just a few minutes later, when I was about to get some sleep, a knock woke me up.
''Who is it!'' I asked in a murmur, ''Jayson.'' Jayson responded from the door, causing a heavy sigh to leave my lips. ''Come in,'' I said and lay back on the bed.
The door opened, and Jayson walked in with a worried face. He closed the door, walked to my side of the bed, and looked a bit shocked when he saw my wound was healed.
