Carly's POV

By the time I woke up, Skyler was gone. His side of the bed was cold, so he had been gone for a while. I got up, went to the bathroom and did my routine. I went to the bedroom to find my bags. When I found them they were empty, only a note was there. Baby, you put my stuff away, so in turn I put yours away. When you are dressed please come to my office. It's on the first floor, third door on the right. Yours Truely Skyler. I went into the walk-in closet to find my clothes. I have little compared to him. I put on a teal summer dress that stopped mid-thigh paired with a white sandal. I was walking down the stairs looking at all the pretty art along the walls. From behind I was pushed by a girl, "Sorry not!" the girl said with a half-c****d smile. "Is there a problem?" I asked, wondering what the heck her problems could be with me.

"Yes, there is a problem. I want him and you are in the way of me getting him." she yelled at me. "Well, he is my mate, so get over yourself!" I said as I turned to walk away. She went to push me again until we heard Gio. "Tiffany, what are you doing to your Luna?" He asked her as he made his way to us, "She is not my Luna! He was mine!" So Tiffany is her name. In her last words she made Tessa come forward and Tessa went for Tiffany's throat as she roared "HE IS MINE!" Gio caught me in mid-air, "Luna please calm down", he said to me.

"Tiffany to the Alpha's office NOW!" Gio yelled at her. He carried me all the way to Skyler's office. He walked in to the office and sat me down on the couch into. I was so mad I could have killed her. The nerve of her to claim that he was hers. He is MINE!

Skyler's POV

"Boss, there is a problem on the stairs. Tiffany is on her way to you and I am bringing the Luna. She is pissed!"Gio links me a moment before Tiffany walks in. "What's the pro....."before I could ask her to walk Gio with my mate over his shoulder. And Carly is pissed. I could feel and see it. What did Tiffany do to piss her off that badly? I have only seen her get pissed when I treated Gio wrong that first night together.

"Baby want to tell me what happened?" When she turned to face me, I saw it was her wolf, not Carly. "Can you tell me your name?"Man, that had to be bad for her wolf to have taken over. "My name is Tessa. That b***h called you hers after she pushed me!" she growled out, looking at Tiffany. " OK, I will deal with this, can you please give Carly back control?" she shook her head. Yes. I turned to Gio. "What did you see and hear?" "Alpha, I was coming from our floor. As I started down the stairs. I saw Tiffany going to push Luna. I don't know what happened before that. But when I asked her what she was doing to her Luna, Tiffany said that Carly was not her Luna and that you were hers."

When Gio finished talking, a very loud growl came from Carly. "O she is staking her claim!" Damon said, I could feel him smile. "Boss, you better calm Luna down before she shifts into your office and kills a pack member." Gio links me. "Carly baby come here" I called out to her patting my lap for her to come sit there. She walked over to me while looking at TIffany. She takes her seat on my lap and places her face on my neck, taking in my scent. I felt her starting to calm down, "Tiffany sit down". I growl at her, now its time for me to show her who is the boss and what happens when you piss my sweet mate off.

I place Carly in my chair and walking to stand in front of Tiffany. "Am I your alpha?" she shakes her head. Yes, "Words Tiffany". I got louder. "Yes you are my alpha." " Is this your pack?" "Yes, this is my pack." " Then she is your Luna and MY MATE! I was never yours. We had s*x a couple of times when I was taking a break from trying to find my mate." I felt Carly stiff up when she heard me say that I had s*x with Tiffany. Man, I wish she was not in here right now. I never wanted her to feel like that. "So if you want to stay in this pack you will behave and obey your Luna as well as any other ranked member."

I was about to send her away so I could talk to my mate, until I looked at her and she was glaring at Carly, " O and Tiffany, your punishment is 5 days in a cell. Gio took her to the cells now, then told Allysa to join us there." With that, he took a screaming Tiffany by the arm and pulled her to the cells. " Baby I am sorry you had to deal with that. I was young when I slept with her. I should have waited for you like a good mate." I said, putting my head into her neck, taking in her scent. " OK, I know you have a life before me." was all she said, with a knock on the door. " Come in Gio", I called out.

He and Allysa come walking in and taking a set on the couch. Allysa is the gamma's daughter. "Alpha, you called for me?" " Yes I did. First, I wanted you to meet my mate. Carly Ann." Carly stands putting out her hand. "Carly., this is our This daughter. Allysa introduced them to each other. " You to meet. You have very pretty eyes" Carly says "Thank you Luna". "Second. I want y'all here when Carly's family arrives. Oh and I will announce my Gamma then." I stated to them all. "Can I ask why after they arrive." Carly asked. "I am not sure, I had a dream that the moon goddess told me to wait on picking my gamma until they were here." They all looked at me like I lost my mind, before any of them could say a word a knock on the door broke the silence, "Come in" on of the house omegas came in "Alpha your guess have crossed the broader and will be here in about 5 minutes. "Thank you, Carly go great your family while I finish my meeting."

She got up from my lap, she turned like she wanted to kiss me, but turned and walked away before she could. "Carly!" I stopped her before she could get out of my office. "Yes" she looked at me, with a lost look in her eyes. When I got to her cheek, I placed a kiss on her cheek, then whispered in her ear " You can kiss me whenever you want. You do not have to ask, I am yours and you are mine." At that, I sent her on her way to greet her family.

Russel's POV

We are on our way to my sister's new pack, and hopefully our new pack. My wolf is on edge and I didn't know why."Ray, what's up with you man? You are giving me a headache." I told him wishing he would relax, "You will see soon", Ray said, cutting the link to. My wolf is normally a calm wolf, so I am worried that he is acting like that. Mom and dad's plan was to ask Carly Ann and her mate, their Alpha Skyler, to let us join their pack to get away from the Clearwater Pack. Alpha Joe has been being a big d**k since Carly left and I know it will just get worse if we stay.

As we pull up, I see Carly waiting for us. We parked and before dad could get all the way out of the car she threw herself into his arms, "Hi princess, missed me?" he laughed as he handed her off to mom, then to me and my twin. "How have you been?" my twin Jake asked." I have been good. Still getting used to the mate thing, but it's good. Yall come in, Skyler is finishing up a meeting then he will join us." She walks us to the livingroom in this pack house was bigger than the clearwater pack whole oack house. "Luna, the Alpha would like you and your family to join him in his office" an omage said to her as she backed out the room bowing.

Carly gets up and we follow her out of the room, leading us to what I assume is Skyler's office. Carly walks in and goes straight over to Skyler. We bow our heads to the Alpha. When I look up, Ray screams Mate in my head as I see the most beautiful woman sitting on the couch next to the beta of the bloodmoon pack. I walk towards her and she stands as I reach her, putting my hands around her. "Mate" she whispers as I go to kiss her.

Skyler's POV

Seeing the scene in front of me explains the dream with the moon goddess. Well, now I know why I was told to wait. " I would like to welcome you all to the Bloodmoon Pack. Let me make an introduction. This is mine. Giovanne, our gamma's daughter Allysa." I pointed to them both, then turning to Carly's family. " This is Carly's parents, Don and Honey Johnson. Her twin brothers, Jake and Russel."After everyone shook hands, we all sat down. I pulled Carly onto my lap. Everyone else took seats around the room. "Alpha Skyler?" her father broke the silence, "You can call me skyler when it's just us. What can I do for you?" I could tell he wanted to ask me something, he was just scared of how I would take it.

" We want to ask you and your Luna, our daughter if myself, my wife Honey, and our twins Russel and Jake can join the Bloodmoon Pack?" he said. I can see hope and fear in their eyes. Hope that I will say yes and fear that I will say no."I have two questions. The first is, what said you do if I said no? And second, why do you want to leave now?" I can see Carly is confused at why I am asking them these questions."I need to know the answers to the questions to know if they are for real or is Alpha Joe planning something." I linked her, then I linked "Gio have someone go look in their car and let me know what is in there, if they really want to leave Clearwater pack they will have all their stuff with them." he nod and I could see him linking some one.

Carly linked me back. " Whatever you think is best, Whatever I trust you." I love that she trusts me to do what is best for not only my pack but for her too."To start, I am not OK with being there, since you took my princess. Alpha Joe has gotten worse. He was bad before with how he treated the she-wolves, but now it is so much worse. I don't want my boys to think that is OK and I don't want my mate treated like that.

The best thing to happen is you being Carly Ann's mate. And as for if you say no, then we will go rouge." Don stated very coldly, for him to threaten to go rouge s**t had to be bad there. I wondered how bad someone it was to have to step in and help the she-wolves in that pack. "What about Ben?" Carly asked and everyone. "We asked him to come with us didn't want to leave his post as gamma or leave his pack. He is hoping he can find a way to help and maybe get Rob to see that what his father is doing to the women is not right. We will miss him and hope that he will visit or change his mind," her mother said, with tears rolling down her face.

I cleared my voice " Can you please step out while we talk this over?" They got up to leave. Carly tried to leave with them. "Where are you going baby?" " To go with them so y'all can talk." she said, looking at me confused. "You are the Luna of this pack and my mate, you don't leave." After Carly's family left, my group sat there waiting on me to say something, but I was in middle of a chat with my wolf.

"So, Damon, what do you think?" I asked him, "I think we should let them. Russel is Allysa's mate and we can name him Gamma, since he has Gamma blood. Plus it would make mate happy." I shook my head and he smiled. Then I hear Carly's sweet voice in my head, "Skyler, if you say no I will not be mad, but please think about it." She is going to be such a good Luna, even though she wants me to let her family join her, she is putting the pack before her wants. I turned to my friends and fellow pack mates, "What do you all think about this?"

Allysa is the first to speak, "I would like it if you said yes, one of them is my mate and they are my Luna's family." "Gio?" he answers with a shake of his head yes. "Hey did they find anything in the car?" I asked Gio, "Yea they are packed and they have a trailer full of their stuff. It's safe to say if you say no they will turn rouge before they round back there." " Go get bring them back in", I told Allysa. She smiles and walked out.

When they come in, me and Carly are standing in front of my desk. "We have decided that you can join with three conditions. One-you can not go back to the clear water pack or talk to them besides your son for six months, two- you must join my pack today, and third- you have to tell me what is going on over there and how bad has it got. You can tell me and I promise, as your alpha and your daughter's mate, I will protect you." I said they all look shocked but agree with me.

With that, they, stand in front of us and out loud cut ties with the Clear water pack," We the Johnson family of the Clear water pack, officially cut ties with Alpha Joe Holland and the clear water pack." they all said together and fall to the ground loss of their pack.

After a couple you minutes they stood. "Are you all ready to take the vow?" "Yes Alpha". With that, they took the vow and took a knee to show respect for me and Carly. "Let's all take a seat so yall can tell us what's going on over there." Everyone took a seat and Don spoke "I don't know how much you know, I am sure Carly has told you what she knows or the rumors but I will tell you all of it. Alpha Joe treats all women, even his Luna, like they are slaves.

He teaches men that women should do what men say and, if they don't, you should beat them until they do. He does not allow Luna to sleep in the same bed as him, she sleeps on a dog bed on the floor beside him. He has most men in the pack treating their mates the same way and the men who don't treat their mates or the women in their family like that get punished by his men. Then they have to watch as he himself treats the women the way he wants them treated. That is why I was glad that Carly's mate was not part of that pack.

We were worried that her mate may have been one of them and I wanted to protect her if so. But it all got worse when you claimed Carly. Women are not even allowed to speak at all when men are around. Joe, Rob and Carlos have been locked in his office trying to figure out how to get Carly to reject him and come back to Carlos so that Joe can control her powers." Don finished and looked at me after he had been looking out the window the whole time he was speaking. When had tears running down his face, when I looked they all did even Carly.

"Come here baby". I held my hand out to her but she would not move. That's when I noticed that Gio was standing beside me when he was, over by the twins just a minute ago. "Man, calm down, you are scaring Carly and her family." Looking at myself in the mirror saw that I was so pissed at what Don had said about them wanting Carly to reject me that I half shifted. Taking a couple of deep breaths, looking at Carly, I tried again, "Baby please come here, I am not angry with you or your family." Once again, I held out my hand for her to come to me. This time she did. I could feel that she was scared but that her wolf was telling her she was safe. I pulled her to me and took a deep breath of her scent.

"Baby don't cry, you and your mother are safe here and no man will treat you like that, not while I am the Alpha of this pack." I told her, swiping the tears from her face. Looking at her and her mother, then looking at Allysa, wondering how in the world any man could treat a woman like that. "One more thing before we show you all to where you will be living. Russel, you are mated to the Gamma's daughter. He has no sons and you know the law says a woman cannot hold that spot. Would you like to be my gamb?"

"If that is ok with Allysa and my sister, OK then yes I would like it." "I am all for my mate to have my father's title." Allysa said, putting her hand into Russel's. We all looked at Cary, "Yes, its fine", she says, but I can tell something is wrong with my mate. "Why is mate upset fix it bonehead." Damon growls in my head.

"Gio show Mr.and Mrs. Johnson, and Jake to the house they will be living in. Allysa showed Russel the Gamma suit." They all left, just leaving me and Carly in my office. "Carly baby, what's wrong? Did you not want Russel to be the Gamma?"

Carly's POV

Skyler asked me those questions and I didn't know how to answer him. "I love that you let my family join me and that you made my brother Gamma. I am worried that if I don't go back the women with the clear water pack will pay for it. I couldnt live with myself knowing that they were hurt because I left.

I want to be here with you. I don't want him to get me. My wolf thinks that if we mate and mark each other, that if he does somehow to get to me, you will be able to find us." I took in a breath a, when I am scared, I a lot fast and a lot. Skyler let out a loud growl, it was so loud that it shook the room. "HE WILL NOT GET YOU AND YOU WILL NOT GO BACK THERE!" he yelled at me. Then out of nowhere, he shifts into his wolf. I went off running for the stairs. I hear a crash coming from his office."Go back mate, need us." Tessa says to me, whining.

I turned back around when I got to his office and see that the window is broken and he is gone. I started back up the stairs as Gio and my brother walked back into the house. Jake hugged up to me and hugged me. "Was that Skyler that just left in wolf?" Jake asked. "Yea that was him, I am taking it he lost control of Damon?" Gio asked me, all I could do was nod yes. He had scared me badly, I will just keep my thoughts to myself.

I don't want him to lose control on me. " I am going to go try and find him." Gio leaves and my brother walks with me until he reaches where his twin is." I going to see Russel unless you want me to come with you." "No go see Russel." I keep walking until I get to mine and Skyler's floor. I get my clothes and go into the bathroom, locking the door behind me. I fill up the bath tube with hot water and bubbles.

I get in and lay my head back wondering what is going to happen when he gets back. I hope Gio can calm him down. I woke to. banging on the bathroom door. I must have relaxed so much that I feel asleep. "Carly, are you in there, please baby just answer me!" Skyler yells throwing the door. "Yes I am in here. I am getting out now." I got out start drying my body when I hear his voice again. "Carly I need to talk to you can I Please come in or you come out here." I open the door in just a towel he looks at me and his eyes turn black and I step back holding the door. He takes a breath. " Carly, I am sorry I was not mad at you because I was pissed that he was making you feel like that.

I dont want to mate and mark you just so your old alpha can't get you. I want you to want me to mate and mark you." He says as he hands me one of his shirts, I put it on and pull my panties on. "Am I forgiven?" He asked with guilt in his eyes. "Yes, my mate, you are forgiven." I place a kiss on his lips and pull him to the bed he holds me as we both start to fall a sleep. " I will show you I can be a good mate" Skyler whispers as he driffs off to sleep.
