There was silence between them and for a while, Damien thought that Asher won't be able to help him out. He was about to say something to break the awkward silence when Alpha Asher finally spoke up.
"Okay, I'll help you out."
He sounded very willing and his words made Damien heave a sigh of relief.
"Thanks alot, I really appreciate it."
Damien said with gratitude to him before he hung up the call.
Damien began to run his hands on the keyboard in front of him at a point he stopped and looked around his office while sniffing.
He clearly can perceive Victor's scent but does that mean that he overheard his conversation just now.
The minute he stood up from his swivel chair, he heard a knock on the door.
"Come in."
He said to the person.
"Greetings my Alpha."
