đ Starstruck Velocity â Season 3
EPISODE 1: âWhen the Heart Stalls
Six months after Naomiâs sacrifice.
The S.S. Blushburn drifted in silence.
Rika Blaze hadnât spoken to Zeke in two days.
Not since the signal.
Outside, the moons of Kairon-12 spun lazily across the nebula haze. Inside, the ship was tense, quiet â a vacuum between them.
Zeke sat in the engine bay, eyes locked on a flickering emotion shard. It pulsed slowly â the color of longing.
Rika leaned in the doorway, arms crossed. âStill watching her message?â
He didnât turn. âItâs not just a message. Naomi encoded memory fragments in it. Parts of her personality. Regret. Hope.â
âAnd guilt,â Rika said coldly.
He flinched.
âDonât act like youâre the only one who lost her,â Rika added. âWe all did.â
Zeke finally stood. âThen why wonât you talk to me?â
Rika hesitated â something in her chest had gone cold lately, like her Core wasnât syncing right anymore. She looked away.
âBecause ever since she died⊠I donât know what we are.â
Scene Change: HRA Deep Space Vault
A vault meant to contain corrupted Emotion Cores shuddered open. Alarms flickered. One by one, containment units went dark.
In the center, something ancient and quiet pulsed awake.
A voice echoed in the dark:
âThe Null Bloom... has found a voice.â
Back on the BlushburnâŠ
S.A.S.S.Y. buzzed into the cockpit.
âIncoming signal. Encrypted. Deep resonance pattern detected â stronger than any weâve seen.â
Rika snapped out of her daze. âPut it through.â
A distorted voice cut through static:
âTo all bonded Core wielders⊠if you can feel this⊠youâre next.â
Suddenly, Zekeâs chest lit up â violently. His Core throbbed with white-hot pain.
âRikaâsomethingâs wrongâ!â
He collapsed.
Rika caught him just in time, pressing her hand over his Core.
And in that instantâ
She saw it.
The Null Bloom was no longer just spreadingâŠ
It was hunting.
Final Scene:
Zeke opened his eyes in the medbay.
Rika was asleep beside him in the chair â hand still on his chest.
He whispered, voice hoarse:
âWeâre fading, Rika. I can feel it.â
She didnât wake, but her hand squeezed his.
Outside, stars dimmed.
One by one.
EPISODE 2: âEchoes of the Heartlessâ
Orbiting the Ghost Planet, Mirea IX
The Blushburn descended through violet clouds, cutting across an atmosphere thick with memory radiation.
S.A.S.S.Y. spoke in a tone that almost sounded worried.
âWeâre entering a resonance graveyard. This planet was a Core research facility. It⊠collapsed emotionally.â
Rika eyed the swirling readings on her screen. âCollapsed how?â
âEveryone lost the will to live. Simultaneously.â
Zeke stood behind her, pale. âThis is where the Null Bloom was born.â
Flashback Fragment:
A childâs laughter. A woman crying.
A flash of red light.
Then⊠nothing.
Zeke staggered as visions bled through his Core. His link with the Null Bloom was growing.
âWeâre being drawn here,â he said, gripping the console. âIt wants us to see something.â
Planet Surface â The Core Pit
The team landed at the ruins of a Core chamber.
As they entered the shattered facility, echoes danced around them â not voices, but feelings. Sadness hung in the air like fog.
Then a figure emerged.
âRika,â Zeke said. âThatâs⊠Naomi.â
But it wasnât her. It was a Core ghost â a projection of her final resonance. Her eyes were blank, her voice hollow.
âYou have to stop it⊠before it remembers its name.â
âIts name?â Rika asked.
The ghost nodded. âThe Null Bloom was once someone.â
Zeke stepped forward. âWho?â
The ghost began to glitch. âBefore the purge⊠before the heartbreak... they were a Sync Pair just like you.â
The message ended in static.
Later, aboard the ship
Rika and Zeke sat in silence.
Zeke finally said it: âWhat if the Null Bloom is⊠what we become?â
She didnât answer right away.
âIf we lose ourselves⊠if we push too far⊠our bond could unravel the same way.â
Rika turned. âThen we donât lose each other.â
He looked at her. âEven after all this?â
She reached out and touched his hand.
âEspecially after all this.â
Their Cores pulsed â a flicker of light in the dark.
Final Scene: Unknown Coordinates
Somewhere in the void, a figure stirred.
A humanoid shape. Wreathed in emotion residue.
A mask covering its face.
Half a heart glowing in its chest â the same frequency as Zekeâs.
It whispered:
âThey remember me
EPISODE 3: âLove Against the End
The S.S. Blushburn was silent as it approached the void.
The coordinates led them to a place outside time â where no stars remained, only drifting memories and frozen light.
Zeke stood at the edge of the shipâs bridge, staring at the Resonance Rift.
It pulsed like a broken heart.
âItâs waiting,â he said.
Rika stepped up beside him. âWe go together.â
S.A.S.S.Y. chimed in softly. âIf you go in⊠you might not come back. This is not just a battle. Itâs a choice.â
Zeke smiled sadly. âLove always is.â
Inside the Rift
They passed through the veil. The Blushburn warped. Reality blurred.
They appeared in a vast mental plane â black space, scattered stars flickering like forgotten feelings.
There it stood.
A figure, back turned. Cloaked in darkness. Half of its chest glowed with a cracked Core.
Zeke stepped forward. âWho⊠are you?â
The figure turned.
It was Zeke.
But older. Hollow. Emotionless. Eyes like glass.
âI am who you become,â it said.
âWhen you stop fighting.â
Rika froze. âThe Null Bloom⊠is you?â
The Entity nodded. âThe bond breaks. She dies. You grieve. You give in. And I am born.â
Zeke shook his head. âNo. Thatâs not me.â
âNot yet,â the Entity whispered. âBut pain always comes. And when you lose her⊠you will become me.â
Rika drew her weapon. âTry me.â
Final Battle â The Heart Split
The Entity split into shadow-clones â emotionless versions of Rika, Zeke, and Naomi. They moved with perfect synchronization, unfeeling but deadly.
Rika and Zeke fought side by side â Core energy blazing with each emotion they shared:
Regret fueled her blasts.
Hope fueled his shields.
Love ignited them both.
But the Entity was relentless.
Every time Rika stumbled, Zeke took the hit.
Every time Zeke faltered, Rika reached for him.
But in the final moment, the Entity unleashed its final strike â a direct hit to Rikaâs heart.
She collapsed, fading.
âNow,â the Entity said. âYou break.â
Zeke crawled to her. Held her.
âNo,â he whispered. âYou donât get to erase this.â
He pressed his forehead to hers.
âI love you.â
Their Cores pulsed in sync.
And thenâ
Rika woke up.
Eyes glowing. Hair blazing. Core fully awakened.
âWe are not your future,â she snarled.
âWe are your end.â
Together, they unleashed their final strike:
Starseeker Resonance â Union Burst
It hit the Entity with every emotion theyâd ever shared â from their first fight to their first kiss.
And the Entity broke.
Not shattered. Not destroyed.
He cried.
Zeke knelt beside him. âYou didnât have to become this.â
The Entity â the future version of Zeke â smiled through tears.
âThen donât let her go.â
And with that, he faded.
Aftermath
The Blushburn reformed in orbit.
Zeke and Rika stood at the hull, hand in hand.
Stars returned. Emotion rippled through space once again.
The galaxy was alive.
S.A.S.S.Y. flickered onto the deck. âSo⊠I guess weâre not doomed?â
Rika smirked. âNot yet.â
Zeke pulled Rika close.
âWe wonât become what the universe expected.â
She smiled.
âBecause weâre writing our own ending.â
Final Line:
âLetâs go find a galaxy that still believes in love.â
