Chapter 21

Liv POV

I looked myself over in the mirror again. I picked a tight red dress that came to my knees and had a slit up the side. My makeup was done and I had curled my hair.

“You look amazing.”

I turned to see Oli standing behind me.

“Thank you. What did Alpha Edward want to talk to you about?”

“Oh uh he just said when training was over if, for any reason, I wasn’t part of the Kings Elite that I could become a part of your pack.”

“Really Oli? That’s awesome.”

He smiled. “Yeah, he said he could tell how important I was to you and I really seemed to fit here.”

“What did you tell him?

“I told him I would be honored to be a part of his pack. He knew I was born an Omega and said it doesn’t even matter.”

I didn’t want to hold in my excitement. I wrapped my arms around him and gave him a huge hug.

“ OK, let’s get you down stairs. Prince Charming is waiting for you.”

We made our way down the stairs and he was leaning against the wall wearing a dark grey suit. He looked sexy as hell and I was trying not to jump in front of my parents.

Bryan’s POV

I watched as my world walked down the stairs. She was perfect in every way. I honestly thought I would never recover from the betrayal of my brother and my first mate, but the second I saw her I knew she was the one that could heal me.

I crave every moment with her and I can’t wait to make her mine.

As soon as she was close enough, I pulled her to me and kissed her softly.

“Hi.” She whispered.

“You look beautiful.”

“Thank you.”

“Let’s go. I can’t wait to spoil you.”

I took her to a local airport where I had a helicopter ride set to take us to one of my hotels I had in Texas. Once we made it to my hotel, I had a romantic dinner set up on the roof. I had a live band playing soft music and a simple table with flowers and soft lights. The outdoor heaters made it feel like we were inside.

I watched as she looked around with her big blue eyes taking it all in.

“You did all this for me?” She said softly.

“This is just the beginning.”

After dinner, we slow danced on the roof.

“This has been the best date ever.” She said, looking up at me.

“It isn’t over yet.”

“Really?”

“We haven’t had dessert.”

Liv’s POV

This night had been perfect. To be honest, spending time with him was perfect and he could have taken me to a diner for burgers and a milkshake and it would have been perfect.

He led me off the roof and into the penthouse suite. There was chocolate-covered strawberries and champagne.

I felt a kiss on my neck. I turned and wrapped my arms around his neck. “I must be the luckiest wolf ever.”

“No I am.”

We sipped the champagne and we ate the chocolate-covered strawberries.

“Will the helicopter take us home this late?”

“We aren’t going home tonight.”

“OH.” I felt nervous all of a sudden. Was I ready to mate?

He chuckled. “Don’t worry babe, we aren’t going to mate tonight. But I do plan on tasting all of you.”

Relief flooded me and excitement started to build inside of me. We had been together for 6 months, but because of the Academy, we didn't have a lot of alone time. This will be the first time we spend the night together.

He began kissing me and I wasted no time pulling off his jacket and undoing the buttons of his shirt.

Slowly, he reached behind me and pulled the zipper of my dress down. Allowing it to drop to the floor before he took a step back.

“Perfect. Fu$king perfect.”

I stood in front of him in black high heals and a lace set of underwear. I started to feel a little self-conscious and went to cover my top with my arms but he quickly stopped me.

“Don’t you dare.”

I reached for him and he reacted by pulling me flush against him. My hands found their way to his belt and I stepped back to watch his pants drop to the floor.

I could tell by the bulge he was large……really large.

He crashed his lips back on mine and lifted me off the ground. I allowed my heals to fall off my feet as he carried me to the bed.

“Just tell me if you want to stop.”

All I could do was nod as my arousal filled the room. He slowly made his way kissing and sucking down my neck, nipping at the spot he would eventually mark.

I carefully reached into his boxers, pulling him out. He lifted himself, allowing me to pull the boxers completely off.

I swallowed realizing I wasn’t going to be able to fit him entirely into my mouth, but that wasn’t going to stop me.

I took him in both of my hands and slowly swirled my tongue around his head, looking up at him through my eyelashes.
