Radagast saw the flash of when the boy became a full wolf. When the vision was over he couldn't stop the grin that spread through his face. For years he had heeded the instruction Cecilia and Adam had given him. He thought of the boy often and that was probably why his visions gave him glimpses into the boy's life.
Thanks to the visions he had an idea of how the boy was treated and the kind of powers he possessed. Never in history had he read of a hybrid who could control two elements.
