HAKEEM'S STORY Hakeem groaned as the alarm went off. He jumped out of bed and set it off, the sun was not up and he was certain the whole of Albaysa was still asleep. Just like he had done every morning for the past three years, he went to the ground and started his daily push-up. On the one-hundredth count, he stopped and sat for a moment to catch his breath. Within minutes, Hakeem was out of the house using the window and out into the wild for his next morning ritual, he ran for kilometers straight before finally coming to a halt. He didn't bother looking out for anyone because well out of Albaysa and very far from human civilization.
