Chapter 10

Since win the nationals, coach Sylvester being more friendly to me and yes she still trust me to lead the cheerios and it will be a good thing for me.

"Guys, I already have setlist for sectionals." Mr. Schue walks into the choir room.

I sit down the back seat and take a look at Rachel who sit down in the front seat and look suspicious when Mr. Schue gave the setlist.

"Well, Rachel will get solo then Finn and Madison will have duets until the last one we will sing together." Mr. Schue says.

"But Mr. Schue the one who won the ballad solo was Madison not me." Rachel frowns and take a look at me.

I just half-smiled at her and nodded to let her to get this solo.

"You dont want to sing Barbra Streisand song, Rachel?" Mr. Schue asks Rachel.

"Of course I want to. I've been singing this song since I was three." Rachel says.

"Alright now lets start rehearsal for the last song choreography." Mr. Schue says to us.

We then walk to the front to do our choreography and move those chairs and follow Mr. Schue's lead.

Finn's POV

"Okay first one is stand then move around, roll and make your feet move." Mr. Schue says to us while arranging our position.

I'm standing next to Madison but Mr. Schue move her into next to Puck and I'm next to Tina. Ugh sucks I dont wanna be stay away from her.

"Okay Brad, music and follow my lead." Mr. Schue said. "1...2....3....4..5..6..7...8. Yeah like this. You got it?"

We tried to follow his choreography and I cant dance like the others like really. Seriously. I cant.

"Ouch." Someone groaned.

I turn my face and Madison almost fall but Puck catched her. They both been quiet and look at each other for a while and this is seems so wrong.

"You okay?" I break a leg.

Puck leaves her hand and she tried to stand up again. "I'm fine. Just slide down." She giggle.

I take her hand and make her move to next to me. Seems like something wrong with Puck but I dont know what.

Madison's POV

I tried to follow Mr. Schue's lead with Puck next to me and he cant stop smirks at me. Oh God.

Until suddenly my feet slide down and almost fall. "Ouch." I groaned.

But someone catched me and it's Puck. He look at me with his worried face and I just realize that he has beautiful hazel eyes. The most beautiful hazel eyes that I've ever seen. We keep looking at each other and he still hold my body.

"You okay?" Finn suddenly asks.

Puck leave my body and help me to stand up again. "I'm fine. Just slide down." I giggle at Finn.

Finn just frowns at us. He then take my hand and make me move from next to Puck to next to him.

I turn my face a bit at Puck and he sighs and look bit annoyed with this. I need to say thanks to him later.

I'm standing in front of my locker and put some sticky notes about my schedule with cheerios and glee club so I wont forget or miss it.

"Madison, can I talk to you for second?"

I turn my face and Rachel is standing next to my locker. "Just talk."

"I wanna thanks to you for letting me get the solo. I know you were the one who told Mr. Schue and gave the setlist to him." Rachel smiles at me.

"I talked with Shelby and she did something to me but I cant give something to hee back so I decided to give that to her daughter." I said to her.

"You like her now?" Rachel asks.

"Yes but I still cant accept her. I dont know why I cant accept any other woman get into my house except my mom."

"She will show herself at the right time." Rachel smiles at me and hold my shoulder.

"Is there anything you want to say?" I raise my eyebrows.

"I can dance with Finn or sing with him but he is yours and just want to make sure that I dont like him. I know how much Finn means to you and how much he loves you. Once again, Thanks." Rachel smiles at me and walks off.

I just lift up my shoulder and go back place some sticky notes in my locker. It's such a great time to arrange my beloved locker.

"What did that hobbit say to you?"

I turn my face and Puck is frown at me. "Said thanks after what I've done to her." I simply said to him and go back arranging my locker.

"You both slept together?" Puck frowns.

"She is your girlfriend. Why dont you ask her?" I raise my eyebrows.

"For your information we broke up."

"Well, I just let her to have solo because I guess I dont need it." I simply said. "By the way, thanks for your help during the glee club."

"That was nothing." Puck smiles at me. "What are you doing?"

"Just sticking some notes so I wont forget the glee club schedule and my cheerios practice." I take a sticky notes and stick in on his forehead.

"Am I look like your clown now?" Puck chuckles.

"Stupid clown." I said to him and take my book. "It's done and I have a class now so see you." I wave him a goodbye and walk off.

Finn's POV

I shut my locker and take my book before go to my classroom. Forget that my classroom is not far from Madison's locker and she must be there.

I walk in the hallways then turn left until I see Madison is talking with Puck? Again? Okay this is so strange.

Puck smirks at her and she stick a paper on his forehead then shut her locker then walk off. Does Puck likes her?

Puck turn his way at me so I decided to stop him. "Dude, what's on your forehead? You have project with her again?"

"Yeah this time is chemistry." Puck simply said.

"You like her, dont you?" I push his shoulder.

"Dude, what is this?" He frown at me.

"She has chemistry class with me and you dont. Dont lie to me!" I push his shoulder.

Puck push my shoulder back. "If it's yes then why?"

I push his shoulder. "She is my girlfriend!" I yell at him.

"She dont deserve a boyfriend like you." Puck glared at me.

"She is mine!" I hit him to the ground.

Puck grabs me and hit me back to the ground. "She will be mine!"

I cant hold anger inside me and we fighted in the hallways and I guess that everyone in this hallways are looking at us right now but I dont care.

"You guys stop it!" Mr. Schue break us off. "You guys are bestfriend." Mr. Schue frown at us.

"He started it." I pointed at Puck.

"No, you started it." He pointed back at me.

I tried to hit him again but Mr. Schue hold me. "If you both cant stop, I'll get you both into principal Figgins office."

"I just really like the setlist okay." Puck simply said and walk off.

"What's wrong, Finn?" Mr. Schue asks me.

"It's just about the glee club setlist." I simply said and walk off.

I'm sorry, Mr. Schue. I cant tell you the truth because it really makes me down and I dont know how to deal with it.

Madison's POV

I take some drink from refrigerator while Finn is sitting down on the sofa in living room. I bring cokes and chips into the living room.

"Chips? Or want to make Mac and Cheese?" I ask him and sit down next to him.

"I'm not hungry." Finn simply said.

I turn my face at him and look at him. He look stange since we met after school today. Did something happen with him?

"You okay?" I hold his hand.

He suddenly pushes my hand quickly and groans. "Ouch."

"Finn, tell me what's wrong with you?" I frown at him.

"I fighted with Puck." Finn simply said.

"But you both bestfriend right? What's wrong?"

"Dont you realize that he likes you? Dont you realize that he tries to get closer with you?" Finn raise his eyebrows at me.

"Finn, we are nothing."

"We? You and I or Puck and You?"

"Puck and I are nothing. He asked me out but I rejected him because we are getting back together and I let him kissed me when we were broke up."

"You what?! You let him kiss you?" Finn yells at me.

"That was because he was so nice to me! That was my rough week and he was the only one who tried to comfort me!"

I push my body to the other sofa and avoid to look at him. Tears slowly fall down to my face.

Finn takes his bag and went out from my house. I'm still sitting down on the sofa and crying. I cant deny that I like Puck now but I love Finn and I dont wanna lose him and see him like this, it hurts me.

I take my phone and dial Puck number. I need to talk with him and tell him everything.

10 minutes later

The door bell rings and it must be Puck. I walk to the door and open the door and right he is.

"Come in." I said to him and let him in.

"Did he hit you or something? Or made you cry?" Puck asks as he walks in.

"I just want you to tell me the truth. You fighted with him?" I ask him.

"He started it. Your boyfriend started it." Puck simply said.

"Puck, please I dont want to make everything getting worse." I'm sobbing.

"I told him the truth. I told him that I love you and there I said it to you too."

"You make everything getting worse. I love Finn and I dont want to ruin my relationship anymore!" I yell without looking at him.

"But you also like me right? You cant deny it. You think our kissed was nothing? It was something for me and I know you feel the same way." Puck yells back at me.

"We are nothing, Puck and I hope you could understand that I have Finn with me."

"Look at me." Puck cup my cheek and make me facing him. "We can hide it behind Finn." Puck says.

I slap his face. "I never want to cheat behind Finn's back because I love him." I shake my head.

"Fine. There will be a day when you both break up and I will be the only one person you need and I will be there." Puck said and went off.

I'm still crying and run into my bedroom. I pushes my body onto my bed and crying out loud. I dont know what shall I do right now. I'm lost.

The Other Day

Finn and I still havent talking since that day. Neither me nor him still ignore each other. I give him silent treatment and he give me silent treatment. We are complicated now.

I dont even know we are still dating or not because we didnt talk and avoid each other. Now, I see him is standing in front of his locker right opposite where I'm standing.

Shall I apologize? No. He started it. So be cool, Madison. Be cool. He will come to you when he needs you. But I'm the one who need him now. Oh God, you confusing me.

I keep standing with holding my book. He turn his face at me and shut his locker. I pretend like I dont see him and looking at my nails. I saw his shadow closer to me and yes he come closer and closer. Be cool, Madison. You're a stupid b***h.

"Hey..." Finn greeted me.

"Oh hey." I turn my face at him.

"Listen, I'm sorry about that day. I dont mean to yelled at you or something. I just dont wanna lose you. I'm so sorry. I know this is such a hard week for us especially for you." Finn says to me.

"You dont need to. I told Puck to back off." I said to him.

"Do you love him?"

I shake my head.

"Forgive me?" Finn raise his eyebrows.

"I forgive you, Finn. But no more fight." I said to him.

"Great." Finn smiles at me and hug me. "I love you."

"I love you too." I hug him back.

We pull our body each other and smiling at each other. We then walk off together with Finn put his hand around my shoulder and I put his hand around my waist.

Puck's POV

"Dude, I wanna apologize about that day. Your girl already told me to back off." I said to Finn while he change his clothes.

"It's okay. I was upset." He half smiled at me.

"I kissed her when you both broke up and I asked her out but she rejected me because you both already getting back together." I said to him.

"She told me the same, man. It's okay. I just need to control myself." Finn said to me and walk off.

Yeah I might give up now but I will wait until they break up and I will get her in fair game. Not in a game like this. Be good, Puck. Be cool.

I shut my locker and take my bagpack and walked out from the boys locker room to the hallways meet some chicks who can distract me from her.

Until I saw Finn and Madison are hugging each other and smiling at each other then walk off with holding waist each other.

Finn sees me and half-smiles at me so I give him a half-smile back. I never feel so jealous like this before. I never fall so deep like this before but I need someone to distract me from her and there you go.

"Hey Puck." A cheerio smirks at me.

"Hey.." I smirk back at her.

I might cant get the captain of cheerio. But I can get the another cheerio so it will be my step to get the captain. From the low to the high. That's it.
