Sectionals
Today is the sectionals day and we are in the green room get ready before our performance since we will perform last.
The Jane Addams Academy and Haverbrook School for the deaf already performed and the audience and the judges are waiting for New Directions.
"Let me help you." I said to Finn and fix his tie.
"You can?" Finn asks innocently.
"It's my daily job to dad, Finn."
"You look beautiful." Finn smiles at me.
"You dont have any other words to say?" I raise my eyebrows.
"Nope." Finn shake his head.
"New Directions, five minutes!"
"Show circle, guys." Mr. Schue says.
"Come on." I take Finn's hand and walk to the center with the others.
"This is our first sectionals. I dont know what happen with glee club if we lost but I'm sure that we are gonna make it because our rival wasnt really hard for us." Mr. Schue says to us. "So in three?"

We are smiling at each other then make a little run to get to the backstage and Rachel is ready with standing behind the door.
"Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to the stage our last performer from William McKinley High New Directions!!!"
Rachel let out a sigh and take a look at me. I give her a smile and nod. She give me a smile back at me until the music begin and she start singing and went out from the door.
Rachel:

The others went out from the same door like Rachel. Make two lines fron the left and right except me and Finn.

I'm standing behind the right door and Finn is standing behind the left door. We are ready for our ballad today not in choir room but in front of many people.
Finn cant stop looking at me and smile at me. I frown at him and give him a smile back. "What?" I ask him.
Finn walk litte bit closer to me. "I love you."
I give him a smile. "I love you too."
He smile back at me and walk to his door. I just smile shyly at him until I heard Rachel ended up her song with full of clapping.

Now it's time for Finn and I duet. Finn take a deep breath and singing while the New Directions start singing the back up and I'm waiting for my part to come out.

We ended up our performance for today with a full of clapping and cheering and standing applause from the audience. This is so amazing. So this is what it feels like to be in show choir championship and New Directions will win this.
The curtains lift down and we then walk to the green room with happy face and cheering and jump and many things. Now just wait for the winner announcement.
"Madison, I wanna thank you so much for trust me and give this solo to me." Rachel smiles at me.
"Your Barbra Streisand killed the stage." I smile back at her. "Your mom watched your performance, by the way."
"Shelby came here for you." Rachel smiles at me and walks off.
I just frown at her and chuckle then enter the green room and take a glass of water. And sit down on the sofa with the others waiting for the winner announcement.
"New Direction's green room?" An officer open the door.
"Yes?" Mercedes raise her eyebrows.
"There is some food from Mr. Collins." He walks in and bring some pizza and cake to us.
"Where is he?" I ask.
"In the backstage." He says.
"Thank you." I said to him and went out from the green room.
I walk in the corridor and turn my way to the backstage until I see my father is busy with directing someone and preparing for the trophy.
"Dad?" I called him.
He turn his face at me and smiles at me. "Hello princess, you are amazing. I saw your performance it was the best. I was really want to scream out loud and say 'thats my daughter' like that." Dad chuckles.
"Thank you. I never knew that being in a glee club and join the show choir competitions will be so much happier than I though. I have to be honest with you that at first I joined glee club because I dont want to stay away from Finn. But now, I feel like I found my place." I smile at him.
"I'm so proud of you, honey." Dad strokes my hair. He then look at his watch and turn his face at me. "Time for winner announcement. Good luck. I know you are gonna win this."
"What if I dont?" I raise my eyebrows.
"You're not my daughter." Dad simply said.
"That's really mean." I pouted.
"Haha just kidding. Come on, go back to stage and get your trophy." Dad smiles at me.
"Wish me luck." I hug him and kiss his cheek.
Dad kisses my forehead and smile at me. I smile back at him and walk to the stage until I realize the others are standing on the stage waiting for the winner announcement.
I'm standing next to Finn and hold his hand. "Where have you been?" He asks me.
"Ask for a blessing from dad." I said to him.
"On the third place goes to Haverbrook School for the deaf!"
We ar clapping for them as the judges give the trophy to them.
"And this is the time we are waiting for. The one who will join regionals and get to the first place goes to William McKinley High the New Directions!!!!!"
We are cheering and clapping happily. I turn my face at Finn amd hug him. The judges give the trophy to Mr. Schue and he throw it into the air.
I turn my face to dad who watched us from the corner side of the stage and smiles at him. He gave me thumbs up and smile back at me.
The audience clapping and cheering as we win this championship. We will face regionals next year.
