Alliana's pov:
I looked back after about two hours of cooking and saw the food I had prepared. I made pancakes with eggs and bacon with coffee, which seemed simple, but it was my first time cooking on my own, even though I usually order out or have Souline cook for me.
I knew that blueberries were Souline's favorite berries, so I made her some blueberry pancakes. I let them cool down because they were a little steamy but not burned. I went to check on my eggs and bacon, and I was pleasantly surprised.
My eggs appear clear, and my bacon is crispy, which is a relief because I was expecting it to be a little flat or plain. I returned to my stove and finished Souline's food. I placed the pancakes on her plate and drizzled them with syrup.
I smiled as I watched the blueberries fall to the ground. I waited for Souline to come downstairs so I could make her coffee. She came downstairs about twenty minutes later, wearing one of my clothes, and I'd say, she was stunning.
"Finally, I feel like I've been waiting for two hours," I said. "I was showering, not rummaging through your closet for clothes," Souline explained as she sat across from me. "You did not make this for me," she exclaimed, looking at the blueberry pancakes. "I certainly did," I said as I stood up and grabbed the coffee maker. "Hm, okay," Souline said, squinting her eyes at me.
"I'm not kidding! I spent my time preparing meals for us," I said as I poured coffee into her cup. "I'm just teasing you. I smelled it from upstairs as well, and my stomach grumbled," Souline said as she sipped from the cup. "Well, eat because we're expecting a client soon," I said. "All right," Souline said as she began to eat her pancakes.
"You should make these more frequently."

Rome, Italy.
Kai's pov:
I can't believe today is the day I f*****g abduct Alliana and force her to be Carlos's lawyer. I told Carlos we should have just found a new lawyer, but he insisted on having Alliana as one. I returned home with AJ and Denzel after I left the prison. Vex was already sitting in the living room, perplexed as usual.
"All right," I said to the three of them as I paced back and forth. "Today is the day where we can't f**k up or we'll be f****d up," I explained. "I still don't understand why Carlos wants Alliana; do you think it's strange?" Vex asked. "I'm a little skeptical," I say. "If Carlos has a crush on Alliana, why didn't he try to have s*x with her on the first day she was here?" Vex asked.
"Because Souline and I were there, and Carlos knows Alliana isn't a w***e, and that's easy like the other women he's brought here," I explained. "Considering she has such an attitude," AJ observed. "What do you mean?" Vex asked. "When AJ and Denzel first arrived, they were rude to Souline and Alliana," I explained.
"And you two did that for what?" Vex asked, brow furrowed at AJ and Denzel. "We thought those were Carlos' flings," AJ explained. "Just because Souline and Alliana are both attractive does not imply that Carlos f****d them," I explained. "How would you know Carlos f****d them?" Vex wondered. "I'm not f*****g sure. Because of what happened last time, I assumed," Denzel stated.
"What situation?" I asked, baffled. "That one girl who came to the mansion last time and claimed Carlos got her pregnant? She refused to leave because Vex and AJ refused to let her in," Denzel stated. "Oh, her?" I finally asked, remembering that situation. "Did you indeed forget? I thought you said you'd never forget that experience," Vex said. "I forgot a lot of things because of this plan," I explained.
"When are we going to complete this plan?" AJ asked. "I suggest that we do it at midnight, when everyone is asleep because we need to get to Ontario in two hours," I elaborated. "Right now it's ten o'clock, so at twelve?" Vex asked. "You're right," I said. "Do you have anything we can bring?" Denzel asked. "Ropes, tapes, and chloroform," I explained. "Are we really going to drug her?" Vex asked. "We can't have her awake because she'll scream," I said. "That's why we have the tape," Vex explained.
"Chloroform is better, and we ain't no damn rapists, and we're not going to do anything to her while she's unconscious," I explained. "So, what do we do in the meantime?" AJ asked. "Feed Mimi, eat, and then we'll go," I instructed. "I just hope we don't get caught and locked up," AJ said. I sighed and rubbed my eyelids.
