I watched as the dot with Javolo’s Digger ID above it moved forward on the screen. Six eight nine six. The number was burned into my memory. I doubted I’d ever forget it. Salvani must have changed the settings so it would display the number instead. I quickly changed it back to his name. I preferred to see his name rather than a number. The Company seemed to forget that the Diggers were actually people.
He gave a huff. “Yep, this looks right.”
