Attrition remains voluntary.

Nothing triggers an alert.

The record, however, grows heavier.

Correlation accumulates without intent.

Over time, the system achieves a refined equilibrium—

but by absorbing it.

At this stage, the anomaly is no longer detectable at the individual level.
