On the plane ride Claire had fallen asleep. She’d been through a lot these last few months and I had a few surprises for her. I planned this whole thing and asked for her parents' help. They were just as excited as I was.
When we landed we got into a car that took us to the resort. We were greeted by very overly enthusiastic staff. Claire just seemed so tired and looked like she was about to snap at the next person who asked her anything.
Quickly checking in we went to our room. It was an exquisite suite. It was almost like a small studio apartment. It had a jacuzzi on the balcony, cali king sized bed, love seat, dining table, T.V, mini fridge and the bathroom had his and hers sinks with a two person bathtub and shower.
