I was drained. Dad insisted I stay in the hospital for a few days, but mom was able to get him to let me go as long as I came home. Vincent stayed by my side for the first few days till dad had enough and told him to go home.
We visited Levi everyday. He was doing fine and would be released soon. Only problem was we didn’t know where he was going. Dad and Jasper said given the circumstances it would be best if he stayed with Jasper and Ellie. This way Vincent and Levi could get to know each other better.
Vincent wasn’t happy with this and decided to stay at Poppy’s for a few days. Ellie called me a few times to see if I could convince Vincent to go home and give Levi a chance.
Today we were supposed to pick up Levi, but he was being so stubborn and refused to come with me.
