Lupa's POV
I was in the kitchen when I felt a vibration under my feet. It sent chills down my spine because it felt familiar. Too familiar to be true.
It could be that two wolves were fighting somewhere, but it was too near to be anyway far from my compound. I immediately ran towards the door and from the sitting room, it felt more real than I coukdve imagined.
My heart sunk deep into my throat. What was happening? Was I hallucination because Kaida had asked me about her mom? Maybe that had triggered back the feeling I usually had when Vanessa's growled.
But, when I heard screams outside, I knew I wasn't hallucination. It was real. Something close to Vanessa's powers were back and it would not be Kaida because minutes ago, she had told me she was leaving. She must be on her way by now
