I didn't even know when I let go of the tray in my hand, and it fell straight to the floor, the clattering sound adding to the already troubled scene in front of me.
All attention turned to me as I quickly apologized. "I'm... I'm... sorry," I said, bending down to pick up the tray.
Soraya whispered harshly, “Gina, what's your problem?” Her voice was low as she glared at me.
Thank God the tray fell from my hand because I was this close to laughing the hell out of my soul right there in front of everyone.
