This wasn’t part of the plan—not at all. I never intended for Alpha Luther’s lips to land on mine, but somehow, I gave him the wrong idea, and he ran with it.
I had underestimated him, thinking I could control this situation.
Everyone always says things are easier said than done, and now I fully understood what they meant.
I tried to gently pull away, but that was impossible.
Alpha Luther kissed me like he had been waiting for it all his life, his mouth locked on mine, and it seemed like there was no escape.
His hands left my waist, traveling down until they reached my ass.
That’s when I jerked out of his grip, breaking the kiss, breathing really fast.
“Alpha Luther…” I breathed, trying to steady myself and act like nothing had happened. I had to stay in control.
