Stained glass lights accent the walls and ceiling, giving the the new marble and all the smiling faces a pleasant glow. Champaign glasses float around on silver platters as people from all over the city enter the lobby and make their way to the Hall. Glitterati, politicians, Bosses, the filthy rich, you name it.
