❀ Amy ❀ The restaurant Darren had picked wasn’t fancy, but it had charm. The windows were fogged with warmth from the inside, and the sign above the door flickered slightly as if hesitant to welcome guests. Clark parked out front and helped Eva out of the truck while I tried to steady my breathing. I was not freaking out.
