CHAPTER 100

You’re awake,”

I gasp when the door swung open as it reveals the well-­toned body and dashing Viel Conrad Bandini.

I pursed my lips as I shifted my weight to see him thoroughly.

“Uhmm--- yeah,” I stuttered when I answered him. I remember the reason why I was so uneasy this morning. I bit my lips before I stared at Viel who was now penetrating the room while he was looking at me seriously.

“Did you—did you… Uhm, --’’

When his thick brows furrowed at me, I can’t finish what I wanted to say.

But my eyes just widen in shock and both of my cheeks heated up when he said something so casually as if it was the most normal thing to say…

“Yeah… I dressed you up, you fell asleep in the tub.”

My hands flew on my mouth.

“Oh my god, are you f*****g kidding me, Viel?!” I yelled at him and could now feel my burning cheeks because of the embarrassment I’m feeling right now.

Viel glared at me.

“Watch your words, Karina.” He warned me.

“What?! Oh my goodness, what should be my reaction then?... you just saw— you just saw my – my f*****g naked body! Oh my god, I can’t believe this.” I mess up my hair and when my eyes found him, and when my eyes found him, I saw the amusement visibly dancing in his beautiful enchanting eyes as his sexy lips curled up like something is kinda funny right at this moment.

“What?! Don’t make fun of me, Viel! It’s not funny!” I exclaimed and like a child throwing feet here but his only reaction was to smirk while staring at me.

This time his deep baritone laughter boomed inside the room. I was stunned with my gap lips while watching how he looks so damn good looking at him… this man looks so f*****g hot and handsome whenever a genuine smile spreads on his luscious lips.

He only stops laughing when he noticed that I was watching him. His expression immediately turned into a serious one as he cleared his brows and tried too hard to frown.

I chuckled in my head, this man is just so adorable.

“Just for you to know, I’m not a pervert,” He implied languidly as he lick the lower of his lips.

I’m still frowning and so uncomfortable, well… I know he isn’t the kind of man that would take advantage of me but the fact that even though he put covers or didn’t try to look at my body, it’s still so embarrassing.

“Come on, let’s have our lunch first then we’ll leave,” He commanded before he turned his broad back at me.

I pouted and rolled my eyes at him even though he couldn’t see it.

I was stomping my feet while tailing him,

“Hey! where’s Sidro?” I asked a bit loudly ‘cause he was a bit far from me.

Viel didn’t answer as he continued descending the staircase. I hissed when he just played like a deaf one.

“Viel---‘’ I wasn’t able to finish my words when he glance at me and cut me off, he was now waiting for me to get down.

“Why are you looking for him? What’s with him?” He asked arrogantly…

“What? I’m just asking where is he,” I responded, I’m now in front of him.

His frowned forehead crinkled even more.

“Young lady, Viel… food is ready,”

From somewhere Sidro appeared and I think he was in the kitchen earlier, he’s still even wearing a pink apron which makes me chuckle.

“Oh, how cute you are with that apron on,” I said followed by my giggles.

And because Sidro is also a stiff serious man, he just looked down a bit and didn’t give any silly reaction about what I just said and so as Viel ‘cause right now he was frowning at me and his expression was dark.

“Let’s eat,” Viel coldly muttered and turned his back to us.

I shrugged, he seems like he was not in the mood right now, he looks grumpy… but well, he’s often like that anyway.

I took the seat beside where Viel is and in front of Sidro…

“You made all of this, Sid?!” I asked happily while I started to pick the tasty food that I’m not even familiar with.

“What did you just call him, Karina?” Viel snapped at him, I stopped for a while and glanced at him.

“What?” I asked

“You call him-- what?” He repeated while frowning.

I rub the tip of my nose and I was confused while looking at him, what’s wrong with this frosty right now? He seems so grumpy with my every action right now.

“Ahh… Sid?”

I repeated, oh well… I know it’s my first time putting Sidro a nickname it’s just that, I just want it short and I’m sure there’s nothing wrong with that.

“Sid, huh?” He repeated grumpily, then he glance at Sidro who was innocently watching us as he eat his lunch quietly…

“Yeah?” I responded.

Viel snorted and look at his food instead, he started eating and I was watching him closely… what I’m thinking right now is just so impossible…

He can’t be jealous… it’s hard to believe that he is ‘cause he never said that he feels something for me… he never said that he loves me and I think I won’t ever hear those three words I badly wanted to hear from him.

I shook my head and focus on my food instead, I should really stop thinking about it, it’s impossible and it’s tiring to conclude things that wouldn’t really happen…

I sighed.

I bit my lower lips, when I remembered that we just sneak out in the middle of the night and now I’m still hear when it’s already noon time…

I’m certain that they are already looking for me!

“What? You realized that Sidro’s dish wasn’t delicious at all?” Viel says nonchalantly which makes me shook my head…

“No, I have to call Melinda,” I exclaimed panicky.
