CHAPTER 108

Just like what Viel requested, I brought him into my room since that’s what he wanted, and right now he’s already sleeping while snoring softly like a baby, while his arms were wrapped around my waist. I’m Just here staring at him while he’s asleep, I looked at him closely and was afraid to close my eyes with the thought that he would suddenly disappear in front of me.

After a moment I heard a knock, I bet it was already Melinda.

“Come in,” I said in a low tone so Viel’s nap won’t be disturbed.

After a moment Melinda showed up while carrying the tray of some drinks and also a dessert for us.

“Just place it there, Melinda… then you can leave--- oh by the way, aren’t they here yet?” I asked Melinda immediately turned her back to me and nodded repeatedly.

Melinda shook her head at my question,

Maybe have to go on my own now…

After she places the food properly on the table, she excused herself before she stormed out of the room.

I turned my attention to Viel who was sleeping peacefully beside me, even Melinda didn’t mind our position earlier she saw but it’s good when she keeps her mouth shut.

I lifted my hand to feel his hair, he has this so soft dirty blonde hair,

“Hmmm”

My eyes widen when he pulled me even close to him while he groaned like so daman tired.

“Hey---” I didn’t finish what I’m about to say when I felt his nose and the air when he excels will be expired.”

He hugged me even closer,

“Stop that Viel,” I warned and throw him a serious look.

I saw how he nodded and then just hugged me again... I badly want to be just like this always.

“You smell so good, Karina,” Viel whispered and wrapped his arms around me even tighter.

“Am I? really?” I asked while chuckling, thing that I love about him is his attitude, he’s also sporty and he’s just so good.

“Yead, you always smell so f*****g good Karina, smells so good.” I smiled, that’s only one of his behavior that I had noticed… H

I remember that e become clingy more than ever, he acts like a baby sometimes that needs to be pampered just like right now when I'm carrying about his hair and he was like so comfortable with my touch.

“Viel,” I whispered his name and ran my hands through his hair, it was so smooth and soft and I think he loves what I'm doing since he was pulling me closer.

I rolled my eyes.

“You’re so cute Karina,” Viel again whispered near my ears as if he was seducing me.

“Hey, I thought your sleepy?” I asked if he was having a nap earlier and I thought he was in a deep sleep already yet here I am…

“You go back to sleep Viel, you looked tired and you have to let go of me too ‘cause I’m going to take a bath,” I said and tried to get his hands off me.

“Just finish your bath quickly, please… I badly wanted to hug you,” Viel whispered, and just like that he fell asleep once again.

After my bath, I came out of the bathroom and I was surprised 'cause Viel wasn't on the bed anymore where I left him earlier.

I frowned as I roamed my eyes around.

"Viel?" I called him.

When I confirmed that he wasn't really here, after I fixed myself and dressed up I went out of the room...

I was midway to the living room when I heard my mom's voice having chitchat with someone.

"Oh, there she is... our princess, come here Cassidy," My mom called out my name, and when I saw her smiled at me.

I was about to smile back, especially when I saw Viel sitting beside my dad but he was looking for me, maybe Melinda called him to get down to greet them.

I shrugged and all I thought we were the only people here but when I settled my eyes on the other couch as I walk closer.

there I saw Mr. Marcos Martinez discussing something with my dad and when my eyes found the bitchy stares of Bella wants me to just turn my back on them.

What the hell is wrong with this girl anyway, it seems like she has this huge hate for me... but well the feeling is mutual anyway...

on the other side, I saw Gabriel and he was staring at me with a smile on his face, well I think he just loves to smile since when we first met... when I bumped into him last time he didn't do anything but smile at me... so yah. and beside him is a guy who looks like that young version of Mr. Martinez but I haven't seen him around before, he's not even familiar with me... probably, he's not her son of of Mr. Martinez.

"Good morning," I greeted, and all of their attention are on me,

I heard Mr. Martinez clear his throat and Chuckle before he speak.

"You're daughter is just so gorgeous, Hebron. Hiro's type... right Gabriel?" He laughs as he looked at Gabriel and at the other man sitting beside Gabriel who's quiet and just pursed his lips.

"Shut it, dad," Gabriel shook his head and glanced at the man beside him... obviously they are siblings. I saw Bella cross her arms.

"Here beside me, Cassy," My mom held my hand as she guide me to sit beside her.

Melinda and the other maids placed all the desserts that usually serve in the meeting and it's all quite tasty though.

My eyes settled on Viel and he was also looking at me but he looks serious right now unlike the calm expression he has earlier.

I tried to smile at him but my dad said something to he had to turn to him.

"What's going on, Mom?" I asked my mom since I'm sitting next to her.

She looked at me and Shrugged.

"Nothing actually, Marcos together with his children visited the tomb of his deceased wife 'cause it's her birthday today... it's actually just nearby and well we met on the way so they just decided to take a visit here too...

I slowly nodded as I understand the situation, oh, I thought they came here for something... for business to be exact.

"Oh, by the way, Karina... I'd like you to meet my son, I bet you already met Gabriel since he told me that you two already had met, and this one..." Mr. Martinez pointed at the man sitting beside Gabriel and he was looking at me too.

"This is my Eldest, Hiro Martinez," He introduced him to me.

I smiled and nodded and I thought his son named hiro would do the same but I was wrong 'cause he stood up and held out his hand to me, I have no choice but to accept it though Viel's stares make me feel uncomfortable.

What's makes me even more stunned was when he reached for my hand and kissed the back of it, I immediately pulled my hand from him when I heard Gabriel and Viel clear their throat but it was covered by Mr. Martinez's laugh.

I just noticed that they are in their formal clothes including my parents and here I am just casual... but well who cares though.

"See? I told you, Gabriel, your brother will definitely like her just in an instant!" Mr. Martinez exclaimed and let out a chuckle and he said that in a very teasing way as if I wasn't here in front of them.

both of my checks heated up when I caught the son of Mr. Martinez chuckling too and didn't even bother to complain...

My mom and dad also laugh except for Viel who looks so pissed right now but it's not that obvious since he's always that serious.

I saw Bella raise her brows at me as if she hates the idea that his brother would have a thing with me well, I don't care, I don't like the Idea either.

"Dad, stop that" Gabriel said once again, but he just earned laughs from his father.

"You know Alora, I would be so happy if one day Karina would be the wife to one of my son," He added

like he was drowned to that idea.

I feel so uncomfortable with this topic but as I could see, Mr. Martinez is not really taking it seriously what he's saying it's just as if he's just thinking of the possibilities.

"Well, we can't tell... my daughter only deserves the best, no one could ever deserve her but a better man,'' My dad answered in a serious tone and afterwards he chuckled.
