CHAPTER 71

"KC...!"

Right after I went out of the parked car as Luka opened the door for me since he's also my driver too.

A sly smile formed on my lips when I saw Crisha wave at me.

I was standing in front of Alexandria's University, one of the prestigious schools... Where I'm studying.

" Hey! Good morning there, Ms. Tyson!" Crisha beamed as she went closer to where I'm standing.

I chuckled, such a crazy and energetic girl we have here. I saw how she eyed my bodyguard from head to toe, and you know Crisha, she has things when it comes to those guys she'll find cute. And I think, just like with Shawn, she also finds Luka cute in some ways, she even told me that he has similar to my previous Driver, Shawn.

I just shrugged and shook my head at her.

"Let's go," I said as began to make our way to our respective rooms. I could catch guys staring at me but eventually, they'll look away whenever I catch them. They're not just an ordinary student though, they're wealthy, and also that's one of the requirements if you ever wanted to be here at this University.

"He'll go to watch you 'till the end of our classes?"

Crisha slightly tapped my arms as she whispered near my ears and she giggles after she peeked a glance at our back.

Well, unfortunately, he was told by my father just to follow my every move and watch me so that he won't fail a second to lose me out of his sight.

" Don't mind him, Crisha." I fired at her.

I could already sense that cute syndrome in her of cutie guys that wants to come out.

Crisha just gave me a playful look before she shrugged, then we make our way into the lift heading to our rooms on the 18th floor.

I glance at my back and I didn't see the silhouette of Luka when I tried to check in on him.

Probably he's just around and will just appear in front of me just like a f*****g mushroom just like he always does. And if some students encountered him they will just think that he's a student since he's on his casual and he doesn't even look far from the students here.

" Here's your notes, Cha," I said as I picked that binder in my back and handed it back to her.

I didn't even review though, she's wrong if she thinks that I spare time to even read thoroughly her notes.

"Gracias," I grinned as I muttered that foreign language but it simply meant 'thank you."

Crisha just chuckled as she reached for it from me.

We sat on our preferred seats and since it's still a bit early for our schedule so we'll just have to talk about random things to kill some time.

" Hmmm, I caught checking your phone several times now, waiting for someone huh?"

Crisha out a teasing smile as she beamed at me.

I rolled my eyes at her and rested on the armchair.

Yeah, I've lost count of how many times I checked my phone to see if there's a new message from someone. From him...

But as usual, I got none.

" Shut up, Crisha." I groaned as I needed at her who was just grinning widely at me like an i***t.

Crisha slightly smack my arms followed by her laughs.

"You're into, Viel." She mumbled.

It's not a question, it's a statement saying as if she'd know it very well.

I narrowed my eyes at her and tried to look grumpy just to cover the redness on my both damn cheeks.

"Oh? What are you? Have the foresight to see what's happening and what will gonna happen next?" I raised. My brows at her.

She just shrugged as she looked around our empty room.

"Well, I just know and please cut that crap it's f*****g obvious that something is going on to you two!" She said.

I sighed.

Whatever.

"Whatever you say, Cha," I replied.

But deep down, I also want to become more and more closely with him.

Yeah, we already kissed but even that, wasn't enough and it's not clear what's the score between us two.

Viel never brings that up nor do I am...

I pouted.

That frosty, I think he did inflict something in this pretty little head of mine 'cause right now, I could see myself thinking of him repeatedly, thinking of what he's doing right now or who's with him.

When the classes started.

I was just listening the whole time and I couldn't even get some of the discussion because I was so disturbed. Until the last period of our classes, it's free to go home.

"Let's grab some food, KC?"

Crisha suggested as we were walking in our spacious corridor heading to our cafeteria.

I nodded.

We went to have some snacks and get back to our respective rooms until the classes resume and I was now free to go home.

I miss my bed.

Throughout the day, I didn't get any messages from him and it's fine, it's even funny why I was. So affected when he even doesn't care. About me. But I better replace that by thinking he's just busy and for Pete's sake, we don't have a thing so I'm really fine some have the right to wait for him...

On the first day of classes, I've attended is just so bored.

I just want to lie down on my bed without doing anything of those.

" See you tomorrow, Cha." I bit a goodbye as. I smile at her.

End of the first day.

I smiled.

We now begin walking with Crisha since she'll go home.

"Good afternoon, miss."

Luka immediately greets me and he nodded at Crisha and then back to me.

After I bid goodbye to her, Luka opened the car's door for me and directly drove it away from my prestigious university.
