CHAPTER 13

It's 7 pm, I haven't eaten yet and I don't have the appetite though, I reached for my phone to call Crisha. I know I told her that I'm not in the mood to hang out and have fun tonight but suddenly changed of mind so that's why I'm dialing her number, good thing she didn't make me wait long 'cause she answered the phone after 2 rings.

" Yes, KC? why did you call?" she asked on the line in her sleepy voice.

" I change my mind, fetch me here and--''

I didn't finish my sentence yet when I heard a sudden noise on the other line. I heard her giggling on the other line.

"Sure, sure! be there in 20!" She said and enthusiasm is very evident in her voice before she cut the call, see? she was automatically transformed from a lively one when it comes to this.

I immediately ran toward my bathroom door to have a quick shower, I have to hurry 'cause Dad wasn't here yet, he usually gets home around 8 pm so I'm sure he wouldn't know that I wasn't in my room since he would be busy in his office. I know that 'cause he usually goes straight to his office here in our mansion after he gets home from our aviation company.

After I took a bath, I wear long sleeve black crop top and paired it with my blue boyfriend jeans and pitch nude kitten heels.

I blow dry my long wavy brown hair and I let it down, I didn't apply so much makeup, it only irritates my skin I just make it look more natural and light and I grab my pouch and hold my phone before I stormed out of my room.

Just like usual when every time I sneak out, I'm taking off my shoes before I continued to step carefully down the staircase at a slow pace.

Our maids are probably on the maids quarter right now, that's great.

After I reached the ground floor, I looked around to check if there was someone on my way, luckily there was no one.

I stopped for a moment as I put on my nude pitch kitten heels and check my phone.

There's no message from Crisha! maybe she's on the way. This time I don't want to take my secret way to exit which is in my mom's garden at the back of our mansion. I looked at the grand twofold main door and began to make my way through it. I was smiling when I finally got out of our mansion, and now the only problem is my father's men roaming outside.

I puffed a breath, and look around, it was dim here outside, I carefully hid my body on one of the tall plants in the pots, I'm still thinking of a way how to get out from here this time, this is kinda hard I should have stick on my secret exit then but there's no turning back now because Crisha is probably waiting for me at this moment.

A wide smile occurs on my lips when I saw our driver, he's that guy named Shawn, he's just on time. I carefully ran my way to the carriage, I know he would go somewhere as I saw him talk to one of my father's men and pointed to the car that was parked in the garage.

I smoothly reached the garage and tried to open the door of our Bentley Mulsanne car, this is the car that was supposed for me but unfortunately, dad won't even allow me to touch the steering wheel..! I almost jumped in joy because the car's door wasn't locked! great!

I immediately slid my body inside the back seat and waited for Shawn, the driver to drive the car out of the huge gate.

I opened Crisha's message and she said she was at the usual place where she used to wait for me every damn time when we were going out. she can use her car freely anyway, unlike me. I texted her that I'm inside the car without my driver knowing it...

I know she'll do something about it.

I want to have fun tonight with my best friend, well, and also to get that man out of my head,

It's not hard to be in a high-end club, especially if you have the name and connection. That's how the world works today.

I was hiding in the back seat, I should be careful

'cause this driver might report to my father that I'm going somewhere without his permission. I slightly peek at the car's window and a smile formed on my lips when I saw the familiar pink Audi R8 of Crisha.

She stopped the car just meters away from us.

and got out of her car she wave in our direction as a sign to stop. Shawn stopped the car and even though I can't see him I know he was a bit confused, well, Crisha is in her sexy outfit who would ignore her though?

My driver got out of the car and I saw Crisha talking with him, If I know she was asking nonsense just to avert Shawn's attention. I shook my head and chuckle silently before I step out of the car and closed it silently.

Crisha looked in my direction and I showed her thumbs up while grinning, that's the cue to dismiss Shawn, his back is against me so he didn't notice my presence when I carefully made my way to Crisha's car. Voila!

I saw them bid goodbye to each other and I saw Shawn get back to his car and drive away.

"b***h" she sneered at me when she gets into the car, I just laugh at her. " I think we already master when it comes to this, yeah?" She laughs. We laughed together.

"You're unfair!" she ranted suddenly and raised her eyebrows at me.

" Eh?" I looked at her with astonishment, she starts driving the car.

" You got a cute driver!" she snorted at me which make me laugh more. She finds my driver cute then I wonder what more if she saw Viel? This girl sometimes can be crazy that you couldn't imagine, though we're kinda same at all things, that's why we flocks together.

Crisha and her endless thing about cute guys is something I should get used to. I turned off my phone. and rested my back on the car's seat.

I closed my eyes as I feel exhausted for no reason, maybe because sneaking out drains all my energy. I chuckle in my mind with that thought.

Chillin' tonight. I'll be a good girl tomorrow.
