“OKAY, SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS,” Liam says once they’ve worked their way through a drink and another strange conversation that jumps non-linearly between Paul and Victor and Carly.
“Yes?” Alex says cautiously.
“Sleep with me?”
“I’m going to assume you mean that in the logistical sense and not the euphemistic one.”
Liam laughs. “How about in whatever way you feel comfortable with?”
Alex rolls his eyes fondly. It’s pretty clear Liam doesn’t actually think that’s going to get him laid. Though he’s leaving the option open.
“Okay.” Alex pushes himself upright in the chair. “Ground rules.”
Liam makes a go on gesture.
“One,” Alex starts.
Liam looks pleased to be getting a list.
“No s*x. Two, no making out. Three, PJs stay on.”
Liam nods. “Is cuddling okay?”
“Cuddling, yes. Groping, no.”
