Rina: The mysteries uncovered

I am a 27-year-old girl named Rina. I plan my daily day in order to avoid any ruckus. I go to a coffee shop, Roxa, daily, as I have a slight attraction to Sean Rully, the member, who’s handsome, friendly, kind and good. I always go there but he never notices me. I wonder why. Every day was the same as if I followed my routine strictly with no distractions. But how would I have known that the day which I thought would be filled with joy would change my planned life? As usual, after finishing my work and getting some rough lectures from my manager, I went to Roxa to get some coffee, yup for only coffee. Suddenly, Sean came to me. I didn’t know what to say. My heart was hurting like crazy. I wonder why. It was like it. It was going to break anytime soon. So as Sean came closer and closer, I pretended that I was working. He came to me and said,“ Excuse me! Miss, It’s time to close the shop so.” “Okay!” I was filled with embarrassment as I walked out of the shop because I thought about another scenario. “Well, It’s better for it to not happen than to have happened then for me to have broken.”I said with a heavy feeling in my heart. The next moment, someone called me. I was walking, and it was really peaceful with only my phone ringing to be heard. I opened my small cute bag to get my phone. When I was going to pick up my phone, the call ended as if someone was looking for when I was going to pick up the phone. I looked back and forth, but there was no one. I felt strange,didn’t I? Well, it was a number that I didn't know of. I wondered who called me this late. I wanted to call that number, but I couldn't. It felt as if I was … It was weird. I was walking through the dark to go home, and then I heard a scream so high I could have my ears bleed. It was an alley that nobody ever visited, but I went through it because it got really late, and I had to go home real quick. So, I took a shortcut. I was purely curious to know what that scream was. BUT I didn’t go there because I have read many novels and watched films in which such a type of scream was murder. My mind was in the blink of nothing. I had to choose between curiosity and safety and I chose safety. After that, I went home running. When I reached my home, my apartment, which was in the middle of nothing at all. There were no active people there. Many had left the place. I was living in apartment 404. I locked my door and then took a breath of relief. I showered, then changed clothes. I have been living in my apartment for the past 3 years. I knew who my neighbor was. Coincidentally, that day, my neighbor moved out. Although I hadn’t known my neighbor closely, I was shocked to have heard that my neighbor moved out. Apparently, I saw my new neighbor coming to his house through my CCTV. I had installed CCTV near my apartment, a little near the lift, to be SAFE. I saw that my new neighbor was a young handsome man. Well, I wasn’t that interested in him. So after knowing that he was a man, I went towards my bedroom. I looked for the alley that I went through to know what that scream was, and if something happened there. To my surprise, nothing had happened. But as far as I know, I clearly heard the scream. “If I had been there then I would have known what that was. But I didn’t go there.”I was confused.I thought, “What if it really was a murder? If so, is someone really dead? If I had gone there, then I could have saved someone. Should I call the police?” “No..No I shouldn’t. What if it was just my imagination as I was torn out?” When I was thinking such thoughts, my phone rang rrrrnnnnnnnnnnn ggggg..rnnngggg I grabbed my phone as my heart was racing. Then I saw it was Sana who called me. Somehow, I felt relieved. I picked up the call, talked to Sana and laughed. In a moment of time, I forgot about my thoughts. I was happy to talk to Sana. She was an office worker at the Lancer company. When I was ready to sleep, I got another call and at that time I wasn’t scared at all. I picked up the phone and then wore some clothes to go out. It was my aunt who called me. She told me Rian was sick, so I was dead worried about him. Finally, I decided to go there to get Rian there. I went out, and the bus came as I reached there. It was really weird for the bus to come at the same time as me, that too at night. There were 3 people on the bus, so I just got on the bus and sat on a seat. Out of boredom, I started listening to a song and wondered when I would reach Rian and if he was okay right now. Suddenly, the bus stopped at some strange place and then some other 10 people came and sat. Out of those ten people, I saw Sean there. I was confused as I wondered why he came here as it was far from the place he lives. My face was covered by the hoodie I wore. So, my face wasn’t very visible. Sean didn’t see me. I mean, even if he saw me he wouldn’t have known me. Just as I was thinking about it all, I felt as if someone had grabbed my leg. When I hunched over to see what it was, I ……… To be continued……………..
