As we walked I felt both of the alphas behind me staring at me. I ignored it though. Luna Alexis likes walks, her favorite food are blackberries and she was originally an omega at her old pack. Those are the few things I learned on our walk into town. When we got into the small town I noticed that the older kids and younger kids were arguing about something. The adults were not watching them for once. Usually there are a couple parents out watching to make sure no one gets hurt. Also all the kids were out except for the infants even. Michael and Konner were out here and they were at the pack house earlier. Something must have happened. I nodded to Justin and he went on ahead to check where everyone was and what happened. A few kids ran over to me, 2 of them glaring at the other alphas behind me.

"Jenny! Can you play with us now?" Serenity, Justin's mate Angelica's sister asked me sweetly.

I smiled softly at her "I would love to Ren! What are you guys playing?"

"We wanna play soccer! But THEY want to play baseball!" She scoffed in distaste.

I couldn't help but laugh. "How about we all play tag, since the sports are causing problems lately." She smiled brightly and nodded and ran off to go tell the others. I turned to Luna Alexis. "Wanna play?"

"Of course!" She smiled brightly.

"Ok so here's the rules: you have to stay in this field and you can't hurt anyone in any way. You are welcome to shift, climb, jump and whatever you can to not get tagged." I could tell she was confused. I sighed. "This is a mixed community, if it had no abilities it wouldn't be good exercise. Everyone needs to be well rounded in case anything were to happen so by allowing our special abilities it encourages everyone to do their best. Rather it be our humans, witches, vampires or werewolves everyone needs to be able to keep up. Sure the humans are at a disadvantage but they make up for it in many ways." I turned to the alphas "and you are welcome to join as well. But if any of them gets hurt because of any of you, then I will rip your head off." I smiled sweetly at them and walked off towards the group. They were talking about something. I didn't pay attention. Within a couple minutes they walked over to join the picking of who will be 'it' first. It's a simple method where we stand in a circle and one person spins around a couple times in the middle and whoever they point at is 'it' first.

Michael is the best at tag. He's fast and can use strategy well so when he's the last person we corner him and tag him. "Oh ya you can't tag someone who's already been 'it' again until everyone has been tagged! Once you've been tagged you have to help capture people for the tagger. We made it so it's more fair for everyone." I explained to our guests

I couldn't help the small smile at the confusion of the other alphas. Angelica ended up being the tagger. She smiled and held her hand up and started counting to 10. Immediately everyone scattered. I watched for about 5 seconds before I ran. Angelica is extremely fast for a werewolf. She can easily make a great warrior.

When she got to ten she immediately sprinted after me. We both shared a thought and shifted taking off faster. We both easily ducked and swayed through everyone. I went under Ryan's feet and he stumbled just enough for Angelica to hit him mid sprint, marking him as the new tagger. I turn my head just in time to see her roll twice then get back up continuing the chase after me. I hear Ryan laugh and shift, then the loud thumping of his wolf on the ground in pursuit of me.

He was gaining ground quickly so I started running faster and ducking through as many people as I could. Thanks to him I won't be able to get a proper idea of Angelica's speed. And I'm definitely not getting a proper idea of Ryan's because he's gaining on me quickly.

I see Justin walk into the field and I start running towards him. As soon as he saw me and the two wolves on my tail his eyes widened and he shifted quickly. By time he was completely shifted we were almost on top of him and he was trying to make a quick dash away. He failed to do so and his mate tackled him lovingly licking him as Ryan just trotted up to them tapped his paw to my brother then walked off. I ran off towards a group of the smaller kids and they giggled holding onto my wolf's fur. I laid down and Ren smiled climbing onto my back along with her friend Josh. I stood up and they both held tightly onto my furr. I started running as both squealed and giggled. I slowed down and mindlinked Justin. "What happened? Where is everyone?" I questioned. I saw him stand up as he mind linked me back. "There was a report that hunters will be heading through this area to scout for someone that supposedly lives in these woods somewhere. " I came to a sudden halt and almost threw the kids off of my back. I laid down for them to get off. They took the hint and got off. As I started running towards Justin, who had already shifted back, I got tackled by another wolf. The fur was a sandy brown and I didn't recognize the wolf. I growled and struggled under the grip. I finally got a whiff of them and discovered it was Hendrix. I bit his leg and used the moment of distraction to stand up quickly making him move off of me. He had a big wolf, that's for sure, but he's an i***t. I feel myself losing control of Serena. Forced myself to shift back into human and I started a jog to Justin but Hendrix followed right behind me. I felt him move while walking between my legs and I tripped and fell.

"What the hell!" I yelped as I landed on his wolf laying on his back as he just kept prancing along as if I wasn't on top of him. I wrapped my arms around his neck and yanked him back up onto his hind legs making both of us fall backwards. I wrapped my legs around trying to hold him in place. He shifted back and struggled in my grip until he bit down on my arm and we both pushed away from each other. I could feel a lot of people's eyes on us as we glared at each other.

After about 2 hours roughly Daniel, my mate, and I decided to go check on everyone else. When we couldn't find them in the pack house I knew that they were off playing some game or talking with the elders. I gently took his hand and led him out of the pack house. When we got to the field I burst out laughing when I saw both our alphas but ass naked rolling around in the grass. I sigh and start walking over. When I got about halfway across the field the two pushed away from each other. If looks could kill they'd both be dead. Neither moved an inch as they glared at each other. Hendrix growled at me when I got close but I ignored and went to Liz and picked her up bridal style.

"I think you need to cool down." I smiled at her.

She scoffed. "I'm fine."

"Well, cool down anyway. " I give her my trademark grin before throwing her as high into the air as possible using just a bit of magic to throw her up higher.

She let out a high pitch scream as if she actually was a teenage girl… oh wait she is, she's just too caught up with her alpha role. "I'm gonna kill you!" She screeched right before I got shoved out of the way and Hendrix caught her.

"What the hell is his problem?" I mumbled to myself although all the nearby wolves could hear me including the ray of sunshine that is that duo. I'm pretty sure they bring out each other's inner demons. I'm surprised they're not mates at this point. Too bad me and Justin sent an invite to her actual mates to come!
