He lifts his head from the phone in his hand and the frown on his face turns into a smile.
That's new.
"Barely a week without me and you're already in trouble." He says with a more calmer voice.
I don't understand what is going on.
"You bailed me out?"
"Unless you're dating that man over there, then I'm sure I'm the only person you know over here." He says pointing to a guy who's seated on the benches, he looks at us surprised when dad says that.
I'm tempted to run and hug him but I know better.
"No, that's my boyfriend." I hear Seline's voice as she walks towards the guy and hugs him.
I know I should be thinking of why dad was the one that bailed me out but, trust me, I had to look at the two of them for a while.
The guy doesn't look like he called the police on her, first of all
