Resurgence

"You have to come meet my friends, you'll love them" Ivory says, grabbing my wrist to pull me through the mass of people dancing around us. She moves us through the crowd pretty quickly and shoves a curtain out of the way, leading us into a pretty decent size room with couches and another more private bar.  "What is this?" I ask.  "A suite, isn't it great?" "I guess" I glance around at the people lounging across the several black couches pressed against the wall. The small bar is surrounded by people requesting more drinks to get wasted on. Smoke puffs around us in huge clouds, "This isn't really my thing" I remind her.  "I know but I really wanted to introduce you to these guys I met at the frat party last night" "Ivory" I sigh, "You know I'm really not doing guys right now"
