It was the second time that Valeria woke up to breastfeed Mia. After laying her back in the crib, Valeria went to the kitchen to drink some water.
The night had been somewhat stressful for everyone, but at least the worst part was already over. I hoped that by morning, Elena would be arrested for what she did. It was the least that could happen after her malicious actions.
"She must be unhinged," he wondered, unable to understand or find justification for Elena's behavior.
When Valeria returned to bed, she knew that Mia wouldn't wake up again. The baby hadn't even cried that night, just let out a soft moan that hadn't woken Adrien. Each time, the baby was adjusting her schedule, sleeping more through the night, which made her parents very happy.
