Story Description – My Sassy PrincessIn the royal kingdom of Elvaria, tradition is everything — appearances, alliances, and above all, obedience. But Princess Arabelle has never been one to follow the rules. Witty, bold, and unapologetically rebellious, she’s known throughout the court as the "Sassy Princess" — a title she wears with pride, much to the frustration of her royal advisors, and her ever-scolding mother, Queen Isolde.Tired of arranged suitors and expectations she has no interest in meeting, Arabelle finds her escape in climbing trees, sneaking into the town market in disguise, and challenging the pompous knights of the royal court with perfectly aimed apples and perfectly timed sarcasm. But everything changes the day Prince Darius of Westmoor arrives at the palace. He’s been sent as part of a proposed political alliance — a diplomatic peace treaty disguised as a potential marriage arrangement. Arabelle is unimpressed by his confident charm and carefully groomed princely manners, and Darius is equally unprepared for a princess who talks back, rides better than most men in his guard, and refuses to be impressed by rank or title.Their initial meetings are full of verbal sparring and accidental chemistry. He challenges her pride, and she challenges his patience. But underneath the tension is something neither expected — a growing fascination neither can ignore. As they spend more time together, navigating palace banquets, royal hunting games, and secret escapes from royal duties, the line between teasing and trust begins to blur. Darius discovers the intelligent, passionate young woman beneath Arabelle’s sass, and Arabelle sees the thoughtful leader behind Darius's polished exterior. But their blossoming romance is threatened by old family rivalries, palace politics, and a hidden betrayal that could destroy both their kingdoms. When Arabelle uncovers a conspiracy brewing within her court — one that could sabotage the alliance and lead to war — she must decide whether to risk everything for the kingdom, the crown… or the prince who just might be worth breaking her rules for."My Sassy Princess" is a heartwarming romantic tale full of sharp banter, slow-burn tension, and the discovery that sometimes the best love stories are written by those who refuse to follow the script. A perfect blend of fairy tale charm and feminist fire, this is a royal romance for every reader who’s ever wanted their princess to have both the crown and the attitude to match.

THE APPLE INCIDENT
Chapter 1 There were rules in the Kingdom of Elvaria — noble daughters didn’t climb apple trees, shout at palace guards, or steal royal horses for joyrides. But Princess Arabelle did all three before noon. She wasn’t what the court expected of a future queen. Where other noble ladies practiced curtsies and embroidery, Arabelle practiced her aim — with apples. And today, her target was Sir Cedric’s helmet. Thunk! The unsuspecting knight jerked, the apple rolling dramatically to his feet as a few squires snickered from the stables. "Your Highness!" Cedric shouted up the tree. "That’s the fourth one today!"is Arabelle grinned, legs swinging from a sturdy branch. "Maybe you should stop wearing that ridiculous helmet. It makes too easy a target." Below her, Lady Meridith gasped. “Princess Arabelle! That is hardly fitting behavior for someone of your station.” "Exactly why I’m up here and not stuck at another suitor’s tea party," she muttered under her breath. But before she could toss a fifth apple, a deep, unfamiliar voice interrupted her mischief. “Should I be worried about stray fruit, or is this just how royalty says hello in Elvaria?” Startled, Arabelle turned—and nearly fell out of the tree. Standing at the garden gate, in polished boots and travel-worn royal blue, was the most annoyingly handsome man she’d ever seen. Prince Darius of Westmoor. Arabelle rolled her eyes and muttered, “Great. Another royal peacock.” He bowed. “I brought peace offerings and a letter of alliance. I wasn't expecting to be greeted with artillery.” “You’ll survive,” she called down sweetly. “Just don’t stand too still.” And with that, she dropped the last apple, this time missing on purpose. Mostly. To be continued....
