Chapter 24

I'm walking down in the hallways and holding a box of my cheerios uniform. I will give it back to coach Sylvester and apologize for what I've done to her before the nationals begin.

"Hey coach." I smile at her and enter her office right after coach Washington left her office. "I bring my cheerios umiform. It's clean and I already ironing. Maybe a new captain can use this."

Coach Sylvester just open that box then close it again. "Keep it, E. Sit down." Coach Sylvester says to me.

I sit down on a seat in front of her desk and half-smiled at her. "Coach, first of all. I wanna apologize about the things I said before the nationals. I...I was tired with all those rehearsal and I really dont mean to hurt your feeling. It's just........"

"You know what, E? First time I landed my eyes on you, I though you could be another Quinn Fabray or another young Sue Sylvester but you know what? You're better than that. You never shy or embarassed to show us who are you." Coach Sylvester smiles at me.

"Coach, I'm really sorry for that." I'm sobbing.

Coach Sylvester leaves her seat and sit down on the table right in front of me. "Stop saying your sorry. Your words that day really woke me up. You were right and I was totally wrong and you were the only one girl who brave one to said that in front of your friends even in front of me. Since that day I realized that I wanted to help the glee club for you. For all those kids inside the choir room. Because of who? You, Emily. I just want to see you graduate and come back here and tell me that you can be one of classical ballet dancer from Juilliard and performing all around the world." Coach Sylvester smiles at me.

"Coach...thank you so much." I wipe my tears and smile at her.

"Come on, for the past four years I never hug you but always blame you or yell at you." Coach Sylvester giggles.

I just giggle and stand up from my seat and hug her. "I'm gonna miss you and all your pressure because without that, I never become a someone. Thank you so much, coach."

"I didnt know you could say that. You are my favorite student here, the only one. You never afraid to say no with everything I said to you and for that I have graduation present for you." Coach Sylvester grins at me and walks to the mini refrigerator and take a bucket of ice cream.

"Ice cream?" I raise my eyebrows and giggle.

"I dont know what to give to you so I bough two bucket of chocolate ice cream. One for you and another one for Becky. Here...extra the spoon." Coach Sylvester give me that ice cream and a plastic spoon.

"I didnt know I'm your favorite student here." I giggle.

"You're dumb but you're really smart. There was no day without laughing looking at your crazy things. You can make me laugh even you didnt know that. You deserve that, Emily. You are better than me and I really adore you and always adore you." Coach Sylvester smiles at me.

"Can I hug you for once more?" I giggle.

"For sure, kid." Coach Sylvester smiles at me.

I smile back at her and hug her really tight. "Thank you so much, coach." I smile at her.

"It's okay." Coach Sylvester nodded and smiles back at me.

I smile at her and went out from her office. I hold this bucket of chocolate ice cream and cant believe that coach Sylvester said that to me and give me this and I just hope that she didnt put any poison inside this ice cream.

But all I know, as long as she is mad at me she never call me with another name. I mean, almost all the student in this school has their own nickname given by coach Sylvester but I dont have that one so I guess that I'm such a lucky one.

I open that ice cream and eat that. Chocolate ice cream and I love that. I couldnt say thanks more to coach Sylvester because this is the first graduation present that I got and I'm waiting for the one from my one.

I enter the choir room while eating this ice cream. Sadly that I only have one spoon so maybe only Kurt, Finn, and Sam who want to eat this with me. Which is this is good.

"Ice cream!" Kurt comes to me and takes my spoon.

"This is mine, special from coach Sylvester." I said to Kurt.

"Sue give you ice cream?" Santana frowns at me. "I'm afraid that she would put a poison into that ice cream." Santana said.

"But the face she doesnt. She said that this is graduation present for me." I grin and sit down next to Sam.

"Aaaaaaa...." Sam open his mouth.

I take a spoon of ice cream and feed him until Finn and Kurt sit down around me and take the spoon one by one and eat that ice cream together. See? Only my brothers and my boyfriend who can easily take this ice cream away from my hand.

"Why you only have one spoon?" Sugar asks me.

"Because coach Sylvester said that this is for me so she only give one. You want?" I ask Sugar.

"See the way Finn licked that spoon. No. Thank you." Sugar shakes her eyes.

"I cant believe that I will stay in the same apartment with three of them." Rachel says to the others.

"The good thing is you can throw the food to them like you feed your pet." Santana simply said.

"We are not pet. We just love to share food like this." Kurt rolls his eyes.

"Alright guys, time for the assignment. Who wanna show your goodbye songs?" Mr. Schue walks in.

Finn stands up then walks to the front followed by the others seniors. I give the ice cream to Sam and walks to the front follow the others.

"And now the seniors in McKinley High class of 2012, we're gonna sing for you. This is your glee club, take care of it and it'll take care of you." Finn says to the underclassmen.

We ended up the song by the senior sitting down on the chair in front of the underclassmen. Really cant believe that graduation only in few days away.

"Emily, can I ask you for a sign on this yearbook?" A freshman come to me and shows me her yearbook.

"Sure." I smile at her and sign her book right under my profile.

"Thank you so much." She smiles at me and walks off.

I just can smile back and keep walking until I got into girls toilet to fix my hair and my make up.

"So this is what it feels like when a freshman came to you and asked you to signed her yearbook." Quinn walks in and smiles through the mirror.

"Yeah national champs also being a senior is good." I smile back at her.

"And I heard that coach Sylvester gave you a graduation gift which is weird but I know that she likes you and you are her favorite student and you deserve that. You are the one of my friends who deserve that." Quinn giggles.

"Still weird because you called me a friend but thanks." I smile at her.

"I have something for you." Quinn gave me a paper.

"What is this?" I raise my eyebrows.

"One pass ticket from New York to New Haven. I also have another one from New Haven to New York and I also give like this to Rachel because I wanna keep in touch with all of you." Quinn smiles at me.

"Quinn, I...I..this is so sweet. Thank you so much." I hug her.

"Just promise me that you and Sam wont break up because of that long distance relationship thing because you both are my favorite couple now." Quinn says to me.

"We can handle that. I hope." I giggle. "You and Puck also have affair. I know that you look at him differently and he loves you, Quinn."

"I'm so sorry that I've been b***h lately especially when you become the head cheerleader and replace me and start dating Puck."

"That was the past and we all done with our past. You know that you and Puck could make a great couple? And I guess that only you who can help him to graduate and get his motivation back." I said to Quinn.

Quinn just being quiet. I smile at her and went out from the girls toilet. Yeah, everyone seems know that Puck is almost not graduating but I guess that Quinn want to help him out because I know that they both love each other.

Not only about Puck but Brittany isnt graduating. She flunk her test and that's makes her happy because she can start her senior year over again and being the second times of senior class president.

I walk in the hallways to get into my locker and pick up the things that I want to throw it away and bring it to New York.

I open my locker but suddenly a lot of balloons come out from my locker as I open it and then a lot of paper and roses fall down from the rooftop. God, I know who did this to me.

"You like your graduation present?" Sam suddenly hugs me from behind.

"I know this is you." I giggle and turn my face at him.

"Yeah like who else in this world can guess your locker code? Only me. Well I actually I broke it and blackmail principal Figgins about your locker code but....."

I cup his cheek and push my face closer to him and kiss him softly to make him stop talking. Because this is just sweet and I cant imagine that.

"I can count that this is third times you kissed me." Sam giggles.

"Thank you so much." I smile at Sam.

"I dont know what should I give to you actually so I just bough these balloons and hide it in your locker." Sam smiles at me.

"This is sweet, Sam." I smile back at him.

"But actually I have one more thing." Sam take off these balloons from my locker and give it to me.

"What's that?" I ask him.

Sam takes my hand then walks lead me. I frowns at him and he just smiles at me. We keep walking in the hallways until he turns his way to the auditorium.

"Remember when we start dating? I mean the real dating, not the fake one. We sang a duet song together and now before the graduation begin. I just want to sing a song together with you." Sam smiles at me.

"This is why I saw the band here?" I chuckle.

"I just want to sing Human Nature with me. And make this as your graduation gift. Something that you wont forget." Sam smiles at me.

"This is already sweet." I giggle.

"So, would you?" Sam asks me.

Sam just giggle and take his guitar and start playing it. I just smile at him and then start singing.

Sam and I ended up our song with looking at each other until he pushes his face closer to me and kisses me softly until we pull our lips each other.

All of sudden the screen on the stage is lighting and it wrotes 'I love you'. I gasped and cover my mouth with my hand then a lot of love ballons fall down from the roof follows with fake snows.

"Sam... this is really..." I smile at Sam and look around.

"I know that you'll love it." Sam smiles back at me.

"Thank you so much, I dont know what to say actually but this is really really sweet even though you can use the money for buying me ice cream like coach Sylvester did but I'm happy. You're the best and I love you so much." I hug Sam.

"We can buy the ice cream after this, baby." Sam smiles at me.

"Yeaay but first, help me to take these balloons because I wanna fall asleep in a sea of balloons." I giggle.

"This is for you, princess." Sam giggles.

I just giggle and take those balloons one by one and will bring these home so my room will be a sea of balloons besides I love this.

"E, what the hell is this?" Finn sighs as he enters our room that full with ballonns on the ground.

"Sleeping in a sea of balloons. Isnt that cool?" I giggle.

"Kinda cool but I barely walk. I'm afraid that I cant touch the ground." Finn says innocently.

"Finn..."

"Yeah?"

"When your letter come?" I turn my face at Finn.

"This week maybe right after graduation." Finn says to me.

"You sure you want to go to army if you didnt get that acting school?" I raise my eyebrows.

"Yeah, I want to be a hero like dad. You know that saving someone's life and forget about your life is an amazing things. I really want to be like him because a guy role model is his father and even though I dont know about dad or remember his face but I wanna be like him." Finn says to me.

"You will be a legend then." I chuckle.

"Can I tell you something?" Finn turns his face at me.

I lay my body in my bed and make aslant facing him. "What?"

"I dont wanna change this room although if I already married. I'm still wanna sleep next to your bed and having conversation like this with you and I will request to Rachel that I wanna be in the same room with you when we are in New York." Finn says.

"Then I become your wife?" I chuckle. "Finn, you will get married soon and you will be a husband. You cant sleep with your sister anymore but you have to sleep with your wife."

"Honestly, I want you to be my wife." Finn giggles.

"Finn..." I roll my eyes.

"Seriously, I know you inside and outside. I love you for the way you are even though you can be weird sometimes but your crazy things always can make me laugh. You're beautiful and smart. Is there any guy who doesnt wanna date you if they know you? I guess no one. Because you are the dateable. I mean, mostly guys love the girls who can be own herself." Finn says to me.

"Dateable? Haha. I ever be in a relationship twice. First with Puck and second with Sam now." I said to Finn.

"Yeah but I'm the guy who wanted to date you the most." Finn says.

"Finn, this is sweet but kinda disgusting actually." I chuckle. "And actually I have a graduation present for you." I said to him and stand up from my bed.

I walk to my wardrobe and take something under my folded clothes then turn around and show this picture frame to Finn.

"My baby picture?" Finn raises his eyebrows.

"Actually this is your puberty picture that I put it in a picture frame. You always wondering where the hell all your baby picture right? And these." I giggle and give that picture frame to Finn.

"Wow, Emily thank you so much. I will bring this to New York and place it on my side table." Finn smiles at me.

"And one more thing. Check out your drawer." Finn says to me.

Finn turn his face and open his drawer then take nine pairs of different drumsticks for him.

"Emily, I...I.. this is amazing." Finn smiles at me and suddenly hugs me really tight.

"No matter what, you will always be my brother number one, Finn." I smile at Finn.

"Guys, dad brought us a bucket ice cream with family size." Kurt walks in. "Whoa whoa what is this?"

"Graduation present from Sam. A sea of balloons so I decided to bring it home." I said to Kurt.

"And Emily gave me graduation present." Finn grins at Kurt.

"And you give me nothing, girl." Kurt pouted at me.

"I place a new vest in your wardrobe." I said to Kurt.

"That vest was from you? I though that Blaine the one who gave that for me." Kurt sighs.

"Blaine wont think to place it inside your wardrobe, sweety pie." I roll my eyes.

"My gosh! Thank you so much. I like that vest and I promise you that I will wear it tomorrow to school." Kurt smiles at me.

"You're welcome, bros." I grin at them and went out from my room. "Hey, Junior." I take Junior and lift him up.

"Kids, you dont want this? If you dont, I'm gonna bring it back to the store." Burt shouts.

I walk to the dining room where that sounds from and I see the minibar table is full with three pan of pizza and three bucket of ice cream with family size.

"Oh my gosh. You trying to make me fat?" I frown at Burt.

"He want to make it fair. So three of you got the same thing." Mom smiles at me.

"Yeah just called it early graduation present for my children." Burt says.

"It's not early because I already got two from coach Sylvester and Sam." I giggle and sit down on a seat in front of the minibar table.

"Okay, I know I'm late." Burt sighs.

"But thank you, dad. This is better than any of those...." I got cut off.

"Balloons." Kurt cut me off. "Emily and Finn's room is full with balloons on the ground." Kurt and Finn walks in.

"Really, honey?" Mom raises her eyebrows at me.

"Graduation present from Sam. We sang a song in auditorium then a lot of love balloons fall from the roof so I decided to bring it home and make my room full with balloons." I giggle.

"Aww how sweet Sam is." Mom smiles at me.

"What kind of sweet?" Kurt rolls his eyes.

"Dont be jealous, please." I roll my eyes. "I can tell Blaine that you want that too." I said to Kurt.

"No thank you." Kurt simply said. "Blaine already a sweet boyfriend."

"Guys, enough. Stop arguing or Finn will take all yours." Mom says to us.

"Finn is the predator." I simply said and take a glass of water from the refrigerator.

"I promise this is the last time and I will diet." Finn protest.

"Diet?" Mom frowns.

"Emily and Kurt cant stop call me fat." Finn sighs.

"He is fat." I nodded.

"Totally." Kurt nodded as agree.

"See?" Finn sighs.

"Well, stop thinking about your weight. Just eat these ice cream and pizza or I will give it back to the store." Burt says to us.

"Aye-aye captain!" I shout.

"Dad, I swear if I gain more weight, it will be your fault." Kurt says to Burt.

"No protest, guys." Burt simply said and walk off.

"At least I got the cheese one." I giggle and take mine.

"Ugh whatever." Kurt rolls his eyes.

"Just deal with it." Finn simply said and chewing his pizza.

"Dealing with being fat." Kurt simply said.

I roll my eyes and let out a sigh. I open the ice cream and take a spoon and eat that. My life is really full with sweetness thing.
