Amaya’s POV
The stupid man left, I was so pissed off and he made me angrier. I got my food packed and left the stupid cafe.
I walked towards my car and noticed a flat tire.
“Today just isn’t my day.”
“I’m sure it’s not that bad Lyubov.” I heard a voice from behind.
I turned to be met by a very good-looking man, he had green eyes, his jet black hair went well with his skin, he had a suit that hugged his muscles tightly and a smile. He looked very hot.
I wonder what he will look like naked.
Fuck no Maya, I can’t be thinking about that. He is a stranger.
“You know how to fix a tire.” I suddenly asked, I don’t have time to be checking him out.
“I don’t but I can get help.” His voice sounded so smooth. God, I need to get him out of my head, It hasn’t been a minute since I met him and I’m already fantasizing about his body.
“I can get help too. Don’t worry I will just make a call.”
I stepped away from him and dialed Dommy’s number, Dommy didn’t pick, I called Ezra's number and he didn’t pick too. I walked back to my car with an annoyed look.
“What happened.” The hot stranger asked.
“They are not picking. I will just get a cab or something.”
“I could drop you at your place.”
“Stranger danger. I don’t know you so no thank you.”
I didn’t wait to hear anything, I took out my purse from the car and started walking towards the road, I had no idea how it happened, the next thing I knew I collapsed on the floor.
Nikolai’s POV
She was feisty and I liked it, she didn’t ignore everything I said, unlike other girls she didn’t want a lift from me, it seems she didn’t recognize me which was weird because almost every girl her age knew I am a billionaire but she behaved as if she didn’t know anything.
She didn’t trust me and I didn’t blame her because we just met, she took her purse from the car and decided to leave, of course, I am not just going to allow her to leave without getting her name or anything.
I saw her walk away, everything happened so fast, a man came up to her and pushed her which made her lose balance and fall.
Fuck. I ran towards her, she was unconscious.
I took out my phone and called Anton.
“I need you to come out right now. Something’s happened to her and I need to find the person that pushed her.”
“On it boss.”
I held in in the bridal style, I was been careful, I didn’t want anything to happen to her, I was been so fragile with her.
I drove like a mad man to the hospital breaking all the road signs, I care less about that I just need to make sure she is alright.
Reaching the hospital the ward boys took her from me and took her to a room. I have never felt scared waiting outside the room. I don’t want anything to happen to her, we just met but I feel this connection with her and I feel if anything happens to her I won’t be alright with it.
The door opened and the doctor stepped out.
“She is fine, she just seemed stressed and she hit her head on a hard floor that’s why she fainted.”
“Nothing is wrong right,” I asked again so I will just be sure.
“Yes, she is fine. I will just give you some vitamins. She is awake you can meet her.”
“Okay.”
I don’t know how she will react to seeing me, I hope she doesn’t think I’m the reason she is in the hospital.
I walked into the room, she looked beautiful in a hospital gown.
“What happened?.” She asked.
“A man pushed you and you fell. Doc said you are alright.”
“Thank God, but did you get to see the man’s face.”
“No, but don’t worry your pretty head about it.”
She hummed. “I never asked your name.”
“Nikolai.”
“Amaya.”
Even her name is amazing.
I decried to take sit on the couch.
Amaya’s POV
I woke up in a hospital, I looked around my surroundings. I can’t remember what happened, I was walking on the road and then everything went blank.
The door opened. I didn’t expect to see the hot stranger walk into the room.
“What happened?.” I asked.
I’m sure Dommy and Ezra must be worried.
“A man pushed you and you fell. Doc said you are alright.” His voice still sounded perfect.
“Thank God, but did you get to see the man’s face.”
“No, but don’t worry your pretty head about it.”
“I never asked your name.”
“Nikolai.”
“Amaya.”
His name got stuck in my head immediately after he said it.
“Do you have my phone?” I really need to call Dommy and I’m also starved I never got to eat.
“It should be in your purse, it’s by your left.”
I reached the small table, like Nikolai said the phone was inside my purse. I saw a lot of missed calls from Dommy and Ezra.
I decided to call Dommy before he goes crazy. He answered on the first ring.
“What the hell is wrong with you Maya, where the hell are you. I couldn’t even track your necklace.”
When he said that I reached my neck, but my necklace was gone.
“In the hospital, can you come to get me? I promise I will explain everything.”
“Fine. I will track the call and get your location. Ezra says he is glad you are fine.”
“Alright bye.”
I hung up the phone, Nikolai was looking at me.
“Stop staring it’s rude.”
“I like being rude.” He said with a smile on her face.
Normally I hate been in been stared at but he makes me feel nervous when he does that.
“My brothers will just come to get me.”
He hummed.
I heard the sound of my stomach. God, I’m starved. I decided to make an order.
“Would you like food.”
Nikolai looked at me in surprise.
“I’m hungry.”
“I will order what will you like to have?.” He asked.
I don’t want him to order. I just met him I don’t want his stupid money, first, he thinks he can call a stupid man and ask me to join him for dinner, and now he thinks he can buy me food. I don’t like this.
“Okay listen, Nikolai, thank you for bringing me to the hospital but I’m not some cheap w***e or whatsoever. I don’t want you to buy my food or anything.”
“I’m sorry Lyubov. I know I did wrong when I asked one of my bodyguards to call you. And believe me when I say I don’t consider you as a cheap girl. I respect you.”
Wow, no one has said that to me.
“You are blushing.” I heard his voice again. God, I can’t keep embarrassing myself.
“Whatever.”
“Now can I order the food?”
“Fine, but I’m still paying.”
“Whatever you say, darling.”
