Chapter 15: Alpha pair

......Maya POV............

The next morning. 

When I woke up I was all alone in the bed, I jumped out of the bed and ran to the closet where all of Thomas's clothes were hung. I breathed a sigh of relief and walked my bare ass to the bathroom and took a warm shower relaxing my sore muscles. I washed my body using my vanilla and honey scented soap and used the Moroccan oil shampoo and conditioner. I stepped out of the shower and dried off before going to the sink and brushing my teeth and then my hair. I grabbed a jar of q-tips from behind the vanity mirror over the sink and cleaned my ears as I do once a week. Once I was all done I put the jar back and left the bathroom and headed for my closet. I slipped on white thong and a lacy push-up bra before pulling on a pair of faded blue skinny jeans and a cerulean blue boat neck t-shirt of mine that showed off my new mark. I ran to the bathroom and pulled my hair into a braid on my left shoulder. 

After the mark heals, the bite shape will turn into a a type of tattoo, one that is unique to a wolf and their mate. Mine and Thomas's was the shape of wolf head on Nyx's flank. 

'What do think Nyx?'

(Go find mate.) She ordered, I rolled my eyes but smiled and left the bathroom in search of my Alpha.

I walked down the stairs barefoot and went into the kitchen where Thomas was making breakfast in his boxers. I walked up behind him and kissed his spine before going to the cup-cabinet and grabbing two glasses, I walked over to the fridge and poured us both a glass orange juice, knowing he preferred orange over apple. I sat in on my stool and watched Thomas put the last egg on a plate, he turned off the stove and handed me a plate of eggs and ham, along with two toasted bagels with provolone cheese melted on them. I placed the eggs and ham on the bagels and ate them happily as Thomas sat beside me and ate his. As usual we ate silently enjoying one another's presence. When I was done I took both of our empty plates to the sink and walked back to Thomas and climbed up on his lap. 

"Thank you for breakfast Tommy. It was magnificent." I kissed him hungrily, putting one hand behind his head playing with his hair, while the other slid between us and played with his chest hair. I walked into the bedroom and helped Thomas strip the bed, we took the sheets down to the laundry room and washed them instantly. I looked at the clock and noticed it was 10:45 am and sighed, I wandered down to the office and looked at the docket for the day. 

"So what are we doing today?" Thomas asked walking in. 

"We have a meeting with Jim, my dad's ex-beta who is now head trainer. Then we have to begin planning our Luna and Alpha ceremonies, which I believe we should have at the same time. We'll have to meet with Moira and go over dining options and the menu...........we should be done at roughly 4, then we are free for the rest of the day." I said with a sigh, leaning back into the leather chair. 

"Well then lets go angel." I stood up and followed him to the door, but bolted up the stairs and grabbed our phones before forgetting them. I went back down where Thomas was holding my keys, I slid into the passenger seat and let Thomas drive, he had always enjoyed driving. Once we reached the pack house we went to the meeting room and I called Jim up. 

"Good morning Luna...who is this?" He asked looking at Thomas who sat beside me, he tilted his head to get a better look but he couldn't place him.

"This is my mate, Alpha Thomas." I said firmly, Jim bowed his head as Thomas before taking a seat. 

"My apologies Alpha, I wasn't aware Maya had found her mate." Jim said softly. 

"I understand you are the first warrior and train our fighters." Thomas said getting straight to the point.

"Yes." Jim said with his business face. "Since the last time we spoke Luna we have picked up on the pace of our training and began using the maneuvers that you showed us, I must say the men and women look like real soldiers now."

"That's good to hear, how many rouges have you seen recently?" I asked. 

"Only one, she is a small wolf, and not very brave, we have caught her at the southern border the past two mornings." I nodded and twitched my nose. 

"Tomorrow I'll wait and see if she's at the border, she may just want to go back to her home, Sherry disrupted a lot of lives with her selfishness." I said Jim nodded and Thomas took my hand in his. 

"I must apologize, but have we met before Alpha?" Jim asked. Thomas smirked and looked down at me, who nodded. 

"That you have, I used to live here." Thomas said, Jim looked extremely confused. His face went white once he realized who Thomas was. 

"The omega......" He trailed off. 

"My Alpha." I snarled, Jim looked at me in shock and disbelief before his face went red with anger. 

"This wolf is the reason you parents and my family along with Brad's got our titles revoked!" Jim snarled. 

"My father is the one who did that. Had he treated Thomas like a living person instead of a punching bag your titles would have been fine!" I snarled slapping my hands on the table. Jim winched and shrunk back in his seat, Thomas put his hand on my thigh effectively calming me down. "I expect you to treat Alpha Thomas with respect Jim, after all he is my mate." 

"Yes Luna." Jim said bowing his head. 

"If that is all, you may go." Thomas said. Jim got up and left the room, I sighed and stood up then moved onto Thomas's lap. He wrapped his arms around my waist and rested his head on my shoulder. "So Alpha and Luna ceremony." He said before kissing my marked neck. 

"I think it should be tomorrow night seeing as I don't want to wait any longer than necessary."

"We should set up a tent just in case it rains."

"Mmmhhhmmm." 

"Then we can all go for a nice pack run." I smiled and nodded.

"And after everything is over we can go home and sleep." I said. 

"By the way, I told Deimos and he Nyx could have tonight." He said into my shoulder, I smiled and kissed his cheek.

"They need it." I said smiling. "But we should probably make up for lost time." I got off his lap and quickly pulled off my clothes, Thomas looked at me with dark eyes and growled. 

..........Time jump...........

"Can you make some apple pie?" I asked Moira excitedly.

"Of course I can Luna." She said happily. 

"Yes!" I said pumping my fist, Thomas laughed out loud and kissed my cheek. 

"Thank you Moira." Thomas said running his hands over my clothed thighs. 

"Your welcome Alpha, I must say it's good to see you in such wonderful health and spirits." She said warmly. "Luna has always had a positive effect on you."

"She's always been my angel, sent from the moon goddess herself." I smiled at my mate who was looking up at me from my shoulder. 

"I'll go get everyone caught up on recent events and we'll start preparing for tomorrow." Moira said standing up.

"Perfect, thank you Moira." I said quickly looking at her as she left shutting the door behind her. I bit my bottom lip as Thomas slid his hand down into my pants.

"How about a few more rounds before I have to give you up for the night?" He said huskily. 

"Oh goddess Tommy. Yesss." I moaned as he used his hand to begin the next round of pleasure.
