(Ivy’s POV)
My head is on fire as I scramble to my feet. My heart is pounding in my chest as I stare at all of our remaining pack members and warriors. I look through the crowd searching for the person who shot the arrow saving my life. That’s when I spot him. A weak and bloodied Ash. I was shocked he had fought Maximo, and even more shocked now that he shot the Vampire to save me. He hasn’t gotten his wolf yet. So I knew he wasn’t going to heal as fast as some of the other wolves. I take off running through the crowd towards Ashton.
“After her!” The vampire yells as he rips the arrow from his arm. The younger Vampire with him uses his speed to burst through the crowd and stop right in front of me. He puts his hands up signaling for me to stop, his Amber eyes staring at me with curiosit
