I carried Amanda as quickly as I could, feeling the weight of her body and the fear of losing her bear down on me.
Once we were inside the bunker, I locked the door behind us, feeling the weight of the situation pressing in on me. I knew that I had to keep Amanda and our unborn child safe, no matter what. But my focus was broken when I heard the sounds of approaching wolves and the voices of Ivy's parents, Owen and Ramona.
