After realizing Beta Ryan is missing as well as Beta Blayn being kicked out, my plans for trying to get everyone to believe Kaitlin is anything but innocent is failing miserably, not that I have had an opportunity to try. Nothing that I truly want has happened since I broke our mate bond. Again, I don’t regret my decision, but I still cannot hurt her. A sharp pain lances through me and I realize now I should never have hurt her.
