Kaitlin’s POV
After time resumes to normal, I take a second to register why I am currently holding Elder Marcus’s hands. Right, he was talking about avenging the children.
“We will do what we can to help Elder Marcus.” I moved to release his hands and see him trying to remember what we were doing as well. He smiles and pats my hands before moving out of his seat and turning towards the window. I took a second and let out a few breaths before standing and moving beside him.
“Our job as elders is to pass on the knowledge we have and make a better, brighter future for the werewolf community. We use these Alpha Conferences to help grow relationships and hammer out issues.
