Taylin’s POV
The castle has been silent for the last few weeks, Aiden has been off hunting another possible abused pack and I have been exploring the castle again. I have yet to tell him about the hidden passages I have summoned from just touching the walls. He would probably flip, and I wouldn’t be allowed to roam without guards again.
When I first found the passage to the library a year ago, I almost let it slip, but it was the perfect place to hide all my journals. Lately, it feels like I haven’t been entirely alone, and I haven’t felt like I was prey but, having company, it has been the weirdest feeling.
