The sound of water running jarred me from my sleep and I sat up. Jared wasn’t in bed anymore and I could only suspect that he was the one in the shower. A small smile graced my face and I lay back down on the plush bed. Jared’s confession had opened up new doors for us and brought us closer together. Granted that we still had a very long way to go I know knew why he had done all of the things he’d done. “Something on your mind sweetheart?” I heard his musical voice ask. I looked up with a slight blush on my face to see Jared grinning at me from the bathroom doorway. “It isn’t important,” I muttered still a little embarrassed that he had caught me off in lala land. Jared went over to his dresser and pulled out a green t-shirt and slipped it over his head. He came over to bed and sat down
