"Lara? You're not answering my question." Monica has been very stubborn since I accidentally whispered his name. Well, he is Luke. His eyes and body build were just exactly the same way back to Santorini and he wouldn't look at me the way another man would look at me once we saw each other for the first time.
Monica kept pinching me and I looked at her with frustration because I really didn't wanna spill it out yet. "Mon, I really don't wan-- huh?" I stopped talking to her, since she kept pouting help lips at me. "what's with you?" I asked with confusion and I slowly turned my back and realize his pouting for me to see Luke coming toward us.
My eyes opened wide and shut them immediately and inhaled deeply. "Lara?" as I heard him call my name. I slowly turned to him and awkwardly smiled. " I knew it." God help me.
He smiled like a handsome God, dang that jaw line is killing me. "Yeah, what a coincidence." I responded.
"So you're friends with Mico or Unice?" he asked.
"Actually, both."
"Really!?"
"Yeah, since college. how about you?" I asked.
" Well, just Mico. Mico and I were both high school friends and our mom were best friends, but I moved to New York while Mico stays in Vancouver."
"Wow. That's cool."
"I cannot believe that I actually saw you here, though I will never see you again," he said.
"Neither do I."
"Ehemm." Yeah right, forget Monica for a moment.
"Oh yeah, let me introduce my friend here. Monica. Monica, Luke." I introduced them both and they shook hands. Mon cannot take her eyes off him. This man should have a girlfriend now. Every woman dreams of being her girl. dang
"Nice to meet you Monica."
"Likewise." Monica had already used her flirting voice, So I had already made a move.
"So Luke, it's really nice meeting you. We will just go to Unice for a moment." I said and took Monica, who was staring at Luke's face from the beginning. Who wouldn't be star struck by him?
