The Original Plan

I sat there thinking about what I should tell her but I couldn't choose so I decided to tell her everything. I mean once she releases Malador, I'll kill her myself. I looked down on her wanting to kill her now but I know she plays a vital part in my plans to take over the throne officially.

"Listen up mutt" she growled at my words but I didn't care "When I was gifted these abilities as a young pup I thought the moon goddess blessed me for sure. I thought she was going to continue by giving me the powers of the Phoenix Wolf or should I say the Yōso-Takani Sonzo" She gasp at my knowledge of her dear friend.

"How?" She managed to muster out through her shock

"I have my ways" I laughed

"Of course you do" She rolled her eyes at me

"I see you heal fast but I wouldn't expect any less from a Jade Wolf" She laughed at my comment

"I guess you need stronger guards, they hit like b***h's" She started to laugh but flinches at the scare on her left cheek. I moved quickly, putting myself by her side, catching her off guard.

"Want another round?" I grab a hand full of her hair and yank it back.

"Ahhh" She yelled out "Let me go you crazy b***h"

"Gladly" I pushed her head forward causing her to collide with the ground and still she remained conscious. I admired her strength as she rolled over in agony, blood coming from the front of her head.

"mmm, I'm going to kill you" She threatened and all I could do was laugh. Trying to figure out how she can possibly accomplish that plan in the state she's in.

"Yeah ok, where was I?" I shrugged off her little comment. "Oh, yes but the Moon Goddess decided to give them to your stupid friend." I rolled my eyes

"So what now? You plan on releasing Malador but you can't do that with out me" I growled but she continues "You think you got it all figured out but I assure you that your just a pawn in a game of chess." I scuffed at her opinion of my role in all of this.

"You think you know it all but what do you know at all?" I took my hand through my hair, pulling it on my left shoulder.

"I know that he's using you, just like he's trying to use me." She said

"Lies!" I yell "He told me that he will make me Alpha of this pack and remove Augustus from the Alpha position." I barely say above a whisper but I know she still hears me.

"Look Flora, I know you think this is all going to turn out good but it's not. I'm telling you..." She trails off. "I'm asking you to stop this madness. Do you honestly think that.." I cut her off

"Honestly think what? That Malador would just give me the position of Alpha. You must be clueless of who I am if you think I trust him one bit. I'm only doing this because he's my only chance at achieving my goal." I sigh and look down.

"Right, so there's no turning back now I guess." I look up at her and we lock eyes

"No, there never was"

"Why?" She asks

"Don't you know? Don't you feel it?" She looks at me weird

"What are you talking about?"

"It's time for him to rise out of his prison " she was silent and I knew she knew what I meant.

"Why now?" She asked but I know she already knows that answer. She just wants to confirm her suspicions.

"Because" I walk back to the Alpha chair, making myself comfortable before I answer her. "Yōso-Takani Sonzo has been born again"

"Tsk" She clicks her tongue. "You're playing with fire missy and when you get burned. Don't start crying because you did this to yourself."

"No the Moon Goddess did this when she gifted that nobody MY GIFTS! " I yelled as I was done with this conversation. I will be the Alpha.

*3RD POV*

As Lana was kicked and punched, beating to a pulp. Malador sat and watched with anger and blood lust. He strictly told the scales keeper to grab her and bring her back to the pack house. He knew what Lana planned on doing the night of his release and he couldn't have her messing up his plans.

His plans? He scuffed at the thought. His original plan was to be released and rain torment on all the packs that thrive, dragging his name through the mud. To kill all the remaining Alpha's and possibly their heirs if they proceed to attack him. If not, he will gladly leave the next Alpha position to them.

But now he wants not only that but to claim his dear mate as his own and kill ones who dare lay hands on her. Will she still accept him after he murder all the Alpha's and people who shamed his and her name to boost their reputation? She has to, right? She's his Mate

His Mate... He didn't think he'll get another one. What does it all mean? It was history repeating itself. This whole release is like his awakening, only blood lust and love in the air. He hoped history wouldn't repeat itself. He hoped that this time he'll get a happy ever after. He prayed to the Moon Goddess for the first time since before he was beaten by his bullies.

"Please let this time be forever" He wasn't expecting a reply but what came next shocked him

"This time you must choose the right path. This time you must choose her way." Her voice echos around the space that he has learned to control and shape to his liking but never being able to create a exit for thousands of years. Until he realized that he is not the one to create the door for himself but someone else had to.
