I woke up with her in my arms and I couldn't help but smile. Who knew that my mate would be so beautiful and gentle with me. I don't know what I did to deserve her but I'm going to do everything in my power to keep her. She moves a little and opens her eyes "Happy Sunrise Beautiful" And she smiles
"Happy it is" She says still groggily from sleep. I kiss her forehead and put my face in her neck and breathe in deeply, getting lost in her scent. "Are you ok?" She asks after a while
"Yes, my love" I lean up to look her in her eyes "Just admiring you, my dear mate" She blushes and looks down and I grab her chin and kiss her cheek. She looks at me with so much compassion, I can tell she wants more and so I give her more. I lean in to kiss her and she mirrors my actions. When our lips met the world around me explodes and when she opened her mouth causing our tongues to meet, I lost it.

It had been about 15 hours since I had left when I felt Edrea bond with King Barot become stronger. And Right on time. He only had two days to mark her after I did and clearly he was no fool in that area. I know he was throwing a tantrum in his office when I left from there but I didn't care. Now he has connected with her and fate has been sealed.
Guess it's time for me to get some act right, I realized that my sister and I aren't so different. Always wanting things to go in our favor and I was disgusted with myself for it. Fate will always come to pass and there was nothing I could do about it.
It's time Flora learns that same lesson. Scale keeper or not, things will always balance themselves out and the ones who tip it in there favor causing imbalances for others will have to pay for their actions. Especially when you do it against a chosen one. I know the Moon Goddess have her so many chances to do better but this was the last straw. I can only imagine how heartbroken the Goddess must be but she knew this day would pass because of the choices my sister kept making. Before I could get to the gate a guard ran out in front of the car causing me to stump on my brakes.
"What is wrong with you?" I yell out the window.
"Alpha" The guard runs up to the car "I am happy you're home but I'm afraid I have some bad news" The guard says with concern
"What is it?" I ask, concerned as well
"Flora has been claiming to be Alpha and some of the guards have taken to her side. They have killed all who don't obey. We have fled to an abandoned pack grounds nearby. We saw counsel members coming and going and word is they put Flora back into the hospital but she has since recovered." He pauses and his eyes cloud over. When he comes back, he swallows.
"Spit it out" I say impatiently as I have the guards with me go into Ninja Stealth Mode, sneak into the pack and knock out any guard they see and throw them in the cells.
"Um, your sister just slipped into your fathers chamber. They think she may kill him due to the counsel denying her the Alpha position"
"What?" I sped off before he could finish talking.
