*** Azul was one of the most exclusive restaurants in New York with a wait list that rivaled all its counterparts. All with good reason, of course. The food was outstanding, as was the Chef who was the youngest in record to acquire Michelin stars at the age of 21. This same Chef had risen through the celebrity World and become an outstanding celebrity chef, cooking for the stars whilst partnering with the Giants of the food industry to start chain restaurants like Azul across America and beyond. Zander Valentino was this Chef and was currently cooking for us lunch- Japanese Teppanyaki style in an empty Azul during lunch rush hour- which was unheard of. But then, I am with Axle Gray...he's one of the few men who can book an entire restaurant and have a Celebrity Chef cook for us... "H
