Flora just finished having a meeting with the directors when the team leader for the design team came in as per her request. She stood in front of her desk while Flora silently arranged her files without acknowledging her presence until she was done.
“Have a seat over there, we need to discuss something important" she said to her pointing to the sofa in the room .
“she could have easily told me to have my seat all these while that I was standing up" the team leader thought within her and rolled her eyes.
She spent extra five minutes making some calls which some were funny and jovial while some were strictly for work before joining her at the seat
