Mia's POV
“My son is alive!!!” My voice rang with excitement such that it penetrated the Alpha ears.
He unwrapped his hand from the witch's neck. His feet carried him swiftly to my side.
“My son is alive…” He echoed as I felt a force pulling my son from my hand. I looked at Lorenzo and I had to release him.
Watching Lorenzo look at our son's face sparked emotions within me. “Finally! My son is completely whole.” My heart leaped for joy.
“What the witch gave him worked. The sickness is gone.” Lorenzo remarked and a bright smile overshadowed my face.
While I was getting a lot more excited, I heard a person coughing so loud. That came as a surprise to me. We have forgotten the watch was there at all.
Personally, I was basking in the euphoria that my son was okay.
