Mia’s POV
I suddenly opened my eyes and I felt an arm around my stomach, I gasped immediately and turned to see Lorenzo lying next to me. I tried to push him off, but he wrapped his hands tighter around my body and pushed me closer to himself.
“Let’s stay like this for a longer time” he murmured in my ears and I sighed. I didn’t know how he ended up sleeping next to me, I remembered how we talked, and he mentioned playing with our son and I fell asleep.
“How did you end up sleeping here?” I asked and he grumbled.
“You asked to stay,” he replied, and I finally noticed his deep hoarse voice that sent shivers down my spine.
