Rhys wasn’t sure how he felt about this meeting. Part of him was glad that Georgia had found her mate and he was all too happy to grant his ex permission to join the new guy’s pack. But he also wasn’t entirely comfortable in her presence since her little show at the bar last weekend.
In the end, the Alpha knew it had to be done. So he straightened the required paperwork on his desk and prepared to rip off this bandaid.
“Dylan, you can send them up” He announced into his phone’s paging system.
A soft knock sounded at his door a few moments later, and Georgia entered the office, followed by a young man, who looked to be a few years her junior.
“Rhys!” She smiled brightly, the very picture of a girl in love. The other guy, though, looked mildly uncomfortable.
