Perci stared hard at Loki, the God of Mischief and Lies shrinking under her intense gaze. He'd hurt Thor. Broken his brotherly bond and faked his own death.
"Does he know you're alive?" She growled.
He gulped and gave a slight shake of his head. Had it been anyone else, they would have missed it. But not Perci. Her stare turned into a piercing glare, making him wince.
Tony sat down next to the demigoddess and waggled his eyebrows, "Hey, I'm Tony Stark."
She raised only one of her eyebrows, "And I care why?"
He was slightly taken aback, "I don't know if you hear this often but you are beautiful."
The demigoddess blinked at him, "Sorry rich boy, but I'm engaged."
The billionaire seemed to deflate a little bit, seeing as his attempts to flirt with her had crashed and burned. He then murmured to himself, "Must be losing my touch..."
Loki’s face remained blank, but amusement flickered to life in his blue eyes.
Wait, blue?
Thinking of how he could get her to change her mind, Tony moved to the back of the quinjet to stand next to Steve, "I don't like it."
"What? Rock of Ages giving up so quickly?"
"I don't remember it being that easy, " Cap replied, "That guy packs a wallop."
Perci nodded at Steve and opened her gob, "Still, you're pretty spry for an old man. What's your thing, Pilates?"
He frowned at her, "What?"
The demigoddess sighed, frustrated, "It's like callisthenics. You might have missed a couple things, you know, doing time as a Capsicle."
Steve looked from the ravenette back to Tony, "Fury didn't tell me he was calling you in."
Again, Perci spoke before Tony could say anything, "Yeah, there's a lot of things Fury doesn't tell you."
Thunder clapped loudly and forks of lightning suddenly struck outside, dangerously close to the helicopter.
Natasha frowned, "Where's this coming from?"
The bird rattled and the God looked up warily. Another boom of thunder, sounding even closer than before.
Steve gave him a questioning glance, "What's the matter? Afraid of a little lightning?"
Loki swallowed back a retort, instead answering calmly with, "I'm not overly fond of what follows."
Perci gave a light smile. She knew exactly who it was.
A loud thump echoed through the plane as something landed on the roof. The demigoddess couldn't help but feel a little excited, butterflies fluttering in her stomach.
Tony put on his helmet and opened the back door.
The black haired God seemed to pale at the storm brewing outside. A certain blond then stepped heavily onto the open hanger. Thor must not have seen her, because he threw Tony to the side, grabbed Loki by his throat and flew out of the plane.
Perci's small smile turned into a wide smirk.
Obviously annoyed, Tony grumbled, "Now there's that guy."
Natasha looked back at them, "Another Asgardian?"
The demigoddess answered with a, "Yep."
"Think he's a friendly?" Steve asked.
Tony huffed, "Doesn't matter. If he frees Loki or kills him the Tesseract is lost."
"Stark! We need a plan of attack!"
Iron Man had started to walk closer to the edge of the hanger, "I have a plan. Attack," And he flew off after the two Gods.
The sea green-eyed woman rolled her eyes, "How original."
Steve shook his head and moved to grab a parachute.
Perci waited patiently for him to finish, playing with a capped Riptide.
"You might wanna sit this one out Cap,"
The demigoddess snorted and Steve answered, "I don't see how I can."
"These guys come from legend,"
The black haired woman began to grin.
"They're basically Gods."
Natasha finished her little speech, playing with some switches.
"There's only one God ma'am. And He sure doesn't dress like that." Rogers then proceeded to jump out the plane.
Perci chuckled and shook her head, "Oh, if only you knew Capsicle. If only you knew." She stood and looked back at Natasha, "I know one God in particular that favours skinny jeans, muscle T-shirts and leather jackets."
The red-headed pilot, also known as the Daughter of Ares, flipped her the bird and silently told her where to shove it. Without so much as an answer, the black haired woman sent an innocent smile the assassin's way and decided to show off just a tiny bit, back flipping out of the plane.

The demigoddess landed right on the outskirts of their little 'battlefield.'
"-put an end to Loki's schemes!" Thor roared.
Captain America lowered his shield only slightly, "Then prove it! Put the hammer down."
Iron Man stepped forward, his voice warning Steve, "Um, yeah, no! Bad call! He loves his ham-"
The God drew Mjölnir back and backhanded Tony throwing him across the small field. The blond turned to the soldier, "You want me to put the hammer down?!" He jumped high into the air, bringing it down onto the vibranium shield.
An explosion of light threw all three of them backwards, Perci though, was unaffected.
The small forest had blown wide away, all trees to about a mile away, uprooted and were tossed aside like dolls. On shaky legs, Tony got up, looking out over the now bare field with complete shock.
Both Steve and Thor stood at the same time, never taking their eyes off each other.
A sigh was then heard to one side of the disaster, "The nymphs are gonna be so pissed."
They all turned their heads to see Perci standing there with her arms crossed and hip c****d.
Thor's face brightened. His eyes dipped to look over her tight outfit and blushed a bright red, "My Lady."
She gave him a good wolf glare, and he shrunk under the intense gaze. Perci then raised an eyebrow surveying the damage, "You done here?"

Dozens of heavily armed S.H.I.E.L.D. agents escorted a handcuffed God of Mischief down a hall. Just as they pass a helicarrier lab, Bruce stopped and looked up from the golden sceptre to see Loki nod, then smirk at him.
The scientist ran a shaky hand through his hair.

Steve, Tony, Bruce, Natasha and Perci watched the screen as Fury and Loki exchanged words.
The blond God only listened, unable to look at his brother.
The demigoddess sighed sadly and Thor stole a glance from her. He pressed a firm hand to her lower back in an attempt to comfort her, massaging small circles with his thumb. It worked.
Perci leaned back into his arm and rested her head on his shoulder.
"It's an impressive cage. Not built, I think, for me."
"Built for something a lot stronger than you."
"Oh, I've heard."
The raven-haired Daughter of Poseidon growled and turned to leave but the God of Lightning took hold of her wrist, "Lady Persephone. We must discuss our-" He was cut off by her growl.
Perci may be accepting his comfort but she was pissed he'd left her.
Thor bowed his head and reluctantly released her.
Tony then swapped his gaze between the two, eventually resting on Perci, "I thought you said you were engaged."
Giving him a deadpan look, the demigoddess raised an eyebrow, "I am."
Again, Tony's stare switched between the two. His eyes dropped to the golden necklace and lighting bolt shaped pendant between her collarbones. Then he looked to the circular charm on Thor's chest, "No way! Point Break? But you're human! He'll just outlive you!"
Taking offence, Thor stepped forward, toe to toe with him and growled, "You will not disrespect my betrothed."
The billionaire gulped.
"And she is not human, she is the Daugh-"
"Thor. Not the time. Nor the place."
The God sighed and looked to her, sadly, "Then when my Lady?"
Perci looked up into his blue eyes, hating that his presence was already ripping away her anger and a pleasant warmth replacing it, "Soon."
She kissed his cheek, so close to his lips and sat on the opposite side of the table, looking to the floor.
The blond sighed stroked the place where she'd kissed him. He'd missed her soft touches during the six months on Asgard.

Thor had touched down near Lady Persephone's apartment, wishing for her company after his loss. He hadn't seen his betrothed for a year, thinking she'd need time to recollect her thoughts, he'd left her on her own to come to terms with their betrothal for the first six months and it had taken another six to find a way back to Midgard after Loki's betrayal.
The God knocked on the front door lightly and a distant voice said to hang on a second. He frowned, not knowing how to grasp time.
The door swung open and there she stood. Her raven coloured locks were a mess. Sea green eyes dark with sleep. The Son of Odin's heart twinged with humour to see a small trail of drool on the left corner of her lips.
He resisted the urge to wipe it away.
"Thor?" Perci's voice was thick, even though her eyes lit up with recognition.
"My Lady."
Almost immediately, she sensed his depressed mood. "What happened?" She whispered.
"My brother is dead."
The Daughter of Poseidon looked at him sadly. A knowing, sympathetic look settled on her face until she stood on her tiptoes to throw her arms around his shoulders.
She already knew, but wouldn't tell him she had seen it happen.
Thor relished in having her in his grasp, having to stoop to wrap his arms around her waist. The God buried his face into the crook of her neck, inhaling the smell of the ocean and the floral scent accompanying it. Though tears began to pool in his eyes, Thor refused to let them fall.
He was stronger than this.
But right now, he just needed the embrace of his love.

How strange it felt to see her but not be able to touch her. It hurt immensely.
Even more so for during that year together, they had grown closer. His fists clenched and he closed his eyes. He did deserve it. He'd left her for six months without a word, needing to return for small princely duties.
Thor sighed heavily, then realized he'd gained the attention of Tony and Steve.
