Zeus must've said something because Poseidon visibly sighed and looked away with a dangerous scowl. Perci's father collapsed into a puddle of sea water, disappearing to...wherever. Zeus coughed, clearing his throat and raised his glass once more. "Odin, the Allfather and I have declared an alliance between the Greeks and the Norse."

It suddenly seemed like a moment to hold one's breath and the whole room did, "With the marriage of Thor Odinson and Persephone Jackson."

Silence reigned over the room for a few moments before the quiet was broken with the shattering of glass hitting the marble floor. All eyes turned to the culprit, it being Perci herself.

Annabeth was looking at her, shocked beyond comprehension and a hand covered her gaping mouth. Piper and Hazel's reaction were similar.

The sea green eyed demigoddess took a shaky breath, a handful of her skirt and fled the room for the closest door.

The only sound was the quick tapping of Perci's heels hitting the marble floor and the mountain quaking beneath her.

“392 - 8 To Perci.”
"I do not condone this Brother." "I don't care if you do or not. If we want peace with the Asgardians this must happen." "I will not let you use my daughter to broker a peace agreement with Odin!" "And I do not want another war!" "There has to be another way. There has to be." Poseidon almost begged. "No. Your daughter will marry the prince of Asgard." The Sea God's face twisted with distaste. It was one thing for Zeus to force marriage upon his daughter. It was another for her to be wed to such a pompous and arrogant i***t who held no responsibility for his own actions. The godling made Heracles look good. And that was no simple task. Zeus took sudden pity on his brother and slowly shook his head, "As much as I dislike your daughter, I will first let them meet each other before declaring anything. How is that, brother?" The Sea God looked up in shock at the Sky God. He would do this? For Perci? "Yes, I would. But for you, not your Sea Spawn." Did he say that out loud? "Yes, you did. I've heard from Apollo that there will be an attack on New York soon. Something to do with Odin's youngest chucking a hissy fit." Poseidon snorted and stifled a laugh. Zeus smirked, "You will send your daughter. Alone. Have her battle alongside him and hopefully..." He trailed off. The God of the Skies looked at his brother. "And if she kills him? She just might." It was Zeus's turn to snort and smirk caressed his face, "Probably. But perhaps it won't come to that." :3 Thor was training with the Warriors Three and Lady Sif when he was called to a meeting with Odin. Though slightly irritated with the interruption of his fantastic wins against his companions, the blond prince bowed to his father's wishes and followed the tall, slim messenger. When the great golden doors opened to show the Allfather, seemingly perched on his throne, the servant vanished. The hammer-wielding god frowned, knowing that the stature of his father, was only for show. Thor could see Odin was in turmoil, "You sent for me Father?" The King of Asgard looked up at his son, a grim but somehow prideful look on his face. If that was possible, "My son. My news to you is somewhat good...but somewhat bad." The blond's frown deepened. "I have had word from the Greeks. They have wishes for peace as they have just won two wars with many casualties." Thor had heard of the rise of Kronos and Gaia. "We shall meet with them soon." Odin's son nodded, still wondering where he was going with this. "Zeus has told me the Seven will be there." Thor stood straight, a look of glee on his face. He would meet the prophesied Seven? He was beyond excited. Hopefully, he would also get to view the beauty of Lady Persephone, Princess of the Sea and conqueror of many a monster. How Thor would have loved to see her in battle with the famous sword Anaklusmos, "And the bad news, Father?" Odin looked away, unable to tell him at that moment, "You will find out soon enough son." :3 Grinning, Perci attacked Jason in the training arena. The blond barely blocked each and every swing and s***h. Sweat was beginning to bead on his forehead while the rest of Camp Halfblood watched in amusement. The demigoddess couldn't help but laugh at his attempts to best her. Some campers cheered for the Son of Jupiter but most cheered even louder for the Daughter of Poseidon. Annabeth stood off to the side, struggling to keep in the giggles that were threatening to spill from her mouth. Piper knew how this would end. Yes, Jason was born from the King of the Gods, but Perci was definitely more powerful. She didn't even need her powers to kick his ass. Using the trick she'd learned from Luke, Perci made his hand slip, throwing the sword in the air and catching it with her other hand. Jason threw back his head with an annoyed sigh. Hazel then called out, "392 - 8 to Perci." The crowd applauded, though there were several groans. Through all the noise, Perci could hear the Stolls, "Pay up! All you idiots who bet against the Raging Waterfall it's time to pay up." Travis caught the demigoddess's eye and gave her an exaggerated thumbs up and wink making her chuckle, shaking her head. The Daughter of Athena jogged up to the black haired winner and they fist bumped. Leo's hair was on fire when he called out to his best friend, "You ain't ever gonna win bro! She got you beat!" But Piper then wrapped her arms around his waist before kissing his cheek, "Don't worry, I still love you." Jason blushed and kissed her forehead. "Hey!" The Seven turned to see Frank running up to them, his face flushed and his breath heavy. "What's wrong Frank?" Hazel questioned her head tilted to the left. "Chiron wants to see us. All of us." Annabeth nodded and started to walk towards the Big House. She looked back to see none of the others following her. The grey-eyed girl huffed and said, annoyed, "Come on!" Perci groaned and off all of them went, lagging behind the blonde demigoddess. :3 Somehow, on the way to see Chiron, they'd moved into a formation. Like a flock of birds, they'd formed a V. Perci at the front, Jason to her right with Leo and Piper. Annabeth to her left with Frank and Hazel. It was almost like they were going into battle again. Up the stairs, they went to find the Immortal Centaur rubbing his hands together nervously, in his wheelchair. Jason cleared his throat, luring Chiron's attention. He gave them all a tired smile that soon turned into a tight grimace, "Heroes of Olympus. You've been invited to the Summer Solstice ball on Olympus." Frank and Hazel looked at each other, eyebrows raised. Jason seemed to puff out his chest with honour. Piper began to play with the feather in her hair, confused as to why. Leo burst into flames, excitement coursing through his body. Annabeth and Perci looked at each other frowning. They knew something was up.
