Tatlong buwan na pala.
Aira stared at her reflection on the glass window of their favorite café—the one they called HQ, their safe space. Nasa likod niya si Calix, busy sa pag-aayos ng dalawang hot drinks habang nakaupo sila sa usual spot nila: sa may corner booth, tanaw ang garden.
Three months.
May tampuhan, may iyakan, may selos. Pero narito pa rin sila.
“Love, ayan na,” sabi ni Calix habang iniabot ang caramel macchiato niya.
“Thanks,” Aira murmured, eyes softening. She reached out, fingers brushing against his. “Naalala mo ‘tong upuan na ‘to?”
Calix grinned. “Siyempre. Dito ka unang nag-walkout.”
Aira groaned, covering her face. “Nakakahiya ‘yun!”
